Your return policy needs reviewing and you need to not advertise your speakers with a PA microphone if the speakers don't work with a microphone. See your ad online for the WSS30. It shows a photo of a speaker with a microphone. Guess what? That speaker isn't compatible with a microphone or PA system. I purchased the correct one (WSSPA30) from your company prior to returning the WSS30. I was disappointed to say the least that yall dont allow returns if the box is opened. The speaker was never used since it wasn't compatible. And how is someone supposed to assess what is sent to them without opening the box??? That makes no sense.
I emailed and never heard back. I followed up with a phone call and received no more than "well, that's our policy".

Where is my damn product what the hell still hasn't shipped since the 4th of December wtf your just going to take my money and just leave it sitting there not shipped I'm pissed off cancel the effing thing and give me my money back I am done with your company absolute bullshit no email saying it's delayed or whatever is going on so unprofessional so I'm being blunt sent my shit or credit back my card . Unreal never again

This company used to on point all the time, im not sure what changed. Regardless my last to orders weren't complete. I paid for things I didn't receive. Apparently there on back order or something with manufacturer. Either way it's been a couple weeks still no call back or email on what's going on with the orders. I spoke with Ben Johnson, he said he would follow up an has yet to. My business always purchase products thru strobes n more for years now. At this point I think I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Easy to use website. Vehicle specific products. Easy ordering and shipping.

The product selection and prices is amazing, shipping was pretty quick, the communication is fast answers with in a few hours if it’s during business hour and a day outside of that. The only issue is not having more pictures of the items and wiring sizes. Showing what all comes with the items would help a lot
