Great experience

Once I decided on a reasonable flat, it was easy to navigate through this website and I got everything done. I was also able to get home insurance through studapart!

Finding a flat in Paris, especially during the Olympic Games, seemed daunting, but Studapart made it incredibly easy. payment with klarna

regarding the payment with klarna, I didn't get any direct answer from studapart support.
despite contacting klarna support and studapart support numerous times, I still could not pay with klarna. you should remove this option if you can't fix the issues with klarna

This is really disappointing

This is really disappointing. I booked an accommodation and kept asking for the lease agreement. They kept telling me you will get it soon and then after few days I got a message that the owner has given the property to someone else. Now I need to find an accommodation from the scratch.

Please look in this issue.

I have already confirmed an apartment and paid the booking fees …but waiting for contract and NO REPLY!!!

I have already confirmed an apartment and paid the booking fees. It's been 1 week already. I have begged for the contract/contrat de bail since days. Nobody dares to reply. After verifying with the residence, I learnt that Studapart have not even transferred my file/request to the residence. I need the contract to apply for visa. This is becoming VERY stressful.

Landlord didn't responding after payment

I have booked an accommodation July 9th now it's July 13. The landlord didn't respond to my message after the payment. Landlord didn't given the Agreement document It was must needed for my visa document submission. Till they didn't responded

Not a good idea to rent with studapart

You demand a whole bunch of documents from the tenants-students but the landlords are not screened enough and do things that really can't be done. There should be a supportservice where injured parties can call because this was definitely not a good idea to rent with studapart.

Disappointing Experience with Misleading Information

My experience with Studapart was frustrating and disappointing for several reasons:

Misleading Information: The information on the website was inaccurate and misleading. The rental policy was not as described, and they required additional money not shown in the listing. This is unacceptable and not what I expected based on the advertisement.

Lack of Flexibility: When I encountered issues with my booking and tried to make changes, the company was completely inflexible. Despite my reasonable requests for adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances, there was no willingness to accommodate my needs.

Non-existent Customer Service: The customer service was abysmal. I attempted to contact the support team multiple times by email, as they do not have a phone number, and received either unhelpful or generic replies. Instead of customer service, I would call them customer scammers. There was no effort to resolve my issues or provide any meaningful assistance.
Overall, my experience with Studapart was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. I ended up spending weeks trying to connect with customer service, and in the end, I had to pay $2,000 for a place I did not stay.

I will be more pleased if I get the cash back

I will be more pleased if I get the guarantor fees studapart collected from me even after providing a legit guarantor. My guarantor had all the required documents. I'm sorry but I was disappointed!
I can't stop saying this!
The only consolation is refunding back my cash. A good new is more superior to riches.

This company is stealing money from me.

This company is stealing money from me.

I had a location contractor for 10 months, from September 2022 to may 2023.
After more than a year, they don't allow me to close the contract even if I gave them the signed document from me and the landlord that I was leaving (they are asking for the Inventory that my landlord never did). Anyhow the rental period I way more tha expired, but still after one year they are not closing the insurance and they are keeping it against my will.
I'm not even a student anymore and I don't live even where they rent.
Do not use this "service"

Easy to use and a great option for those coming from other countries

Studapart made it extremely easy to search for apartments in the areas we wanted to live. They also reached out to make sure the process was going well, to see if we needed any help, and to make sure we had completed the requirements to be able to rent. The hosts were super responsible and worked with us to make sure we were able to get the lease dates we wanted.

Good and Fast Help

Before I found Studapart, I was worried I might not find an apartment for my semester abroad. But after I registered everything went quite fast and I was able to find a place in a student residence. Thanks to Studapart, I only had to follow their guidance regarding necessary documents and insurance.

Too expensive for no warranty of quality

It seems like anyone who has a small house can rent it here, my room was really bad, with spiders, mold, and no wardrobe. I am paying for insurance and the fee for the agency but they do not check the rooms or make sure the landlords give a good service.
The only reason I give two stars is because when I complained about the return of my deposit they did talk with the landlord to see what happened, but in the end, he still took more than half of it...

I had so mamy problemns during my stay

I had so mamy problemns during my stay. I lived there for 4months. No heating or warm water for approximately two weeks in october! We had rats in the kitchen! When I moved in house was not even finished- there were workers. Not cleaned properly. Barely equipped. Didn’t get a part of my deposit back, but I have never received an invoice on the thing.
