Would not recommend
Took months to deliver my stuff, offering different dates each time saying it would arrive then it never would. Being told to call back multiple times, every time I did they still had no clue what was happening. When I finally got my stuff, some of it was missing and with further contact they said that they either missed them when packing or threw it out.
They took weeks to respond and are awful at communicating.
Granted they gave me a 50 pound discount due to my lost items however I would have been less upset if they had just communicated better in stead of messing me around for months
They said once they had completed their audit and I had settled the invoice they would try and locate my missing items
The audit is complete and I have paid and yet they haven't replied to me for two weeks. So still no update on my missing belongings
Such a bad company, so bad in fact I felt like I was dealing with a scam company.
Another one of my other friends experienced similar treatment and ended up changing company.
I'm not sure how isolated my case is but personally I would never recommend this company to anyone.
