Not only do you charge 4.99 for delivery you also now make me pay another 4.99 to return any purchases and it has to be paid and cannot be added to account.
Was never like this so im afraid I won't be shopping with you again and closing my account soon!
Also delivery drivers or warehouse on the rob as my parcel was slashed open (retaped with brown tape) and a pair of sunglasses were missing!

I easily found what I wanted on the website at a reasonable price. Good that they give many options of delivery, I chose DPD next day, package arrived around 3:30 next day, so all good.

The shoe boxes are only wrapped in a grey plastic bag, so they do take a battering in transit. not a problem for me the trainers were ok but if you were gifting them, this may not be the best way to purchase.

Item again was not correct to size and i have to pay to send parcel back not happy

I ordered two sweatshirts for myself in size 12; when they arrived they were huge (about size 18). One of them was gents sweater which wasn’t what I ordered.. Didn’t try them as knew they wouldn’t fit. Bit disappointed

I have had trouble with a lot of my orders. Not coming and not being able to re order with free postage when the item came back in stock. Just put a code in for free next day delivery and it ignored ot and chsrged me for standard delivery so now i am not going to receive items which were for a birthday present today ! Also a present arrived with the box ripped and no offer of any exchange or return

Studio agent (Makhosi) was fantastic! So understanding and very helpful. My order was damaged by the courier and returned to Studio. Makhosi offered me a full refund or a replacement order. I selected the replacement order and it seems my goods are already on their way to me. Thankyou Makhosi!!!

You are slowly selling fewer clothes in my size 24-26. Other than that I am completely satisfied with Studio. Good choices, reasonably cheap and excellent packaging and quick delivery

Purchase the Studio Bali Rattan Corner Sofa Set in April, this was advertised as being previously priced at £499 reduced to £149 to be honest it's not great at £149 and certainly not worth £499 I think that it was false advertising. Then the extortionate delivery charge of £50 I think is a rip off, advertised as a two person delivery, I watched the delivery, one person put the item on to the tail lift of the vehicle the other person took it from to tail lift of the vehicle and placed it on the trolley one person could have done this, I have worked in the delivery multi drop industry. £50 delivery was way over priced. I definitely would not recommend. I would of sent this back if it wasn't for having to fund the cost of returning this item.

The delivery is quite fast and the website is very easy to use.
