Bought the Linea Oxford 3 seater swing seat on sage green, self assembly.
Ordering was extremely easy and delivery was prompt.
I’d recommend 2 people to assembly, purely to allow for 1 person to “hold” the part whilst the other uses the supplied Allen key to put together.
Very impressed that all the required screws, nuts, bolts etc were there with no left overs! To make it even easier to ascertain each screw etc, rather than measure each one (which were all separated on a card) it would have helped to add the lettering to the card.
The only reason I have dropped to 4 stars is that we couldn’t get the canopy to stretch sufficiently to pit in place, it seemed tp be about 2/3” too short. However, I overcame this by adding a panel of material down the middle of the canopy and it now fits. Appreciate not everyone can or would want to do this but for the money we paid I was more than happy too.

Where do I start
Where do I start, I placed an order to be collected from my post office and apparently it was ready to collect but when I got there it wasn't and I kept getting emails to say please collect or it will be returned. I had to call studio to say I couldn't collect as it wasnt there and my reply was please collect it has arrived so the advisor clearly didn't read my email of concern properly I eventually got a refund on the whole order. I then placed another order to be delivered to my house and paid £9.99 for next day delivery only to be told the following day it won't be delivered because it was out of the geofield???? I am really not happy and will definitely reconsider buying from studio again it's just to much aggrovation and you have to chase everything. Very poor!
Non existent updates
Having placed an order and having no updates I contacted them after two weeks and was told my item had been lost by courier and they would send another. Another week passed and no update so again I contacted them to be told they were out of stock. I did get a full refund instantly but the customer service and updates were completely unacceptable.
Great price, product and delivery
Great price. Product received in A1 condition. Sizing seems spot on. Delivery was also unbelievably good…Ordered previous evening and received midday next day. It was next day delivery but it was the weekend so expected it on Monday. Very impressed.

Bought a PS5
Bought a PS5. Not the cheapest but decent price. Paid for 48hr delivery. Was delivered on time but the actual PS5 box was ripped in multiple places and the security seal was ripped - it had obviously been opened/potentially used and returned. It was not a NEW item. I contacted customer services immediately and was immediately given the runaround. The agent eventually agreed that the box issue should receive a 10% discount, as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ only after I agreed to this to send me a 10% discount code for my NEXT purchase. I again contacted customer services as the item was not brand new as described (should have been described as at least with a damaged box - which I would not have bought as it is a gift). Customer services told me I would have to pay for the return and no discount/refund, nothing. Poor service and won’t be buying from them again. Ona side note, didn’t realise it was part of the Sports Direct group until notification of postage email…

I had a problem with an item that was broken when it arrived ( not the couriers fault). I went on line to request a return and after lots of questions and photos I was offered a replacement, no return necessary. Dealt with very efficiently and a satisfactory outcome.

Selling low quality stuff and prices aren't even good.
Don't waste money on them. Bought an EGL microwave, painting coating fell off and got rusty just after few months. Microwave doesn't heat properly. Rubbish stuff.

Very good value on clothing, but had a problem with electrical appliance once was broken when arrived and very hard to send back but overall value for money brilliant
