Faulty Pumps
Whilst the makeup itself is good the containers themselves are v poor quality and on 3 occasions now I have had faulty pumps that you cannot get any of the makeup out. Even though unused in original packaging and clearly untampered the company won’t issue a replacement or credit note outside 30 days which is unacceptable for a faulty product. Buying a few items each time due to postage costs means they are used over a number of months not within 30 days.
I feel v let down and am considering next steps.

Poor customer service
As others have said customer service is poor. Bought wrong colour product contacted customer service straight away, got told message would be sent to packing and order would be amended. Order arrived with wrong colour so i had to return it. I then had to chase my refund. Products are expensive and be aware returns are not free.

Great customer service! I purchased 4 items and when two of them didn’t suit my skin as it’s sensitive, I got in touch with their customer service and Susie couldn’t be more helpful. I hate to buy online as it’s always so difficult to return items with issues, but not with studio 10! Best customer service I’ve ever seen. Thank you
Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic, first rate customer service and beautiful, glowing make up. I tried some of Studio10's beautiful products, great textures and colours and a very high quality feel to each product and super easy to apply. Some of the items did not suit my skin so I reluctantly requested a refund. The whole process was simple and has to rate as one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Studio10 is a wonderful company to deal with, a company for women, run by women selling great make up so we can 'glow' around showing our best to the rest. Thanks Grace.

Not a very helpful company! I made an error on a order contacted them straight away they said I can return the items even though the order had not been processed yet and I would be charged the return delivery fee.
The order was processed 24 hours

Lovely make up for mature women. Very helpful customer services. Also they really listen to feedback. I suggested they made their mascara in brown as well as black and now they have! Love this brand x

Wonderful first experience with the daily fusion - really loved it, but I agree with others below, terrible customer service! Very abrupt, defensive email in response to my query about the unusual texture of my second tube. Shame.

Wow, just wow! I recently bought a 4 stage starter bundle. The products arrived beautifully packaged and all of them felt superb on my skin. The medium (02) perfect canvas foundation was a little too orange on skin and after one email, it was swiftly refunded and the lighter shade ordered. I have since bought a few other pieces which I'm looking forward to trying soon. I would highly recommend for 66 year old mature skin. 😊

I'm new to STUDIO 10. Everything I bought is fabulous for me. I'm 69 yrs; the foundation & colour correcting palettes cover well, blend beautifully & leave a gentle glow. Perfect for travelling too. I used Glow-Plexion as a base & love the effect. Also found the flattering, gorgeously shaded blusher & bronzer gave the perfect lift for my complexion (fair) but nothing looked heavy or unsubtle. Wonderfully emollient lipsticks & flattering colours. I'll keep buying!! Customer Service were so helpful with questions I had about products while I was buying but alas won't subscribe by email as I received too many. But great make-up & a delightful discovery!
I’m on my third purchase now
I’m on my third purchase now. I’ve had the eyebrow pencil which is a lovely neutral, natural colour and the eyeliner in Mocha another great colour. The texture of both are lovely they don’t drag on the skin at all.
My third purchase has been the Perfect canvas spf 30 foundation. This is so creamy, blends on like a dream and feels like a no make up make up but covers exactly what you need to cover.
Customer services are great, they reply by email on the day or the next day and are extremely helpful.
I’ll definitely be trying out other products in the range.

Overpriced and awful smelling…
Overpriced and awful smelling Hydra Peptide Fusion Daily Defence SPF30. So disappointed in the texture, consistency and fragrance that is so cheap smelling and strong. I wrote a review on their website and they wrote an email back immediately asking why I wasn’t happy but so disingenuous that they did not allow a negative review on their site though. Over hyped by people who clearly have not used good quality products. Their marketing is so aggressive and in your face. With zero quality to back it up.
