Ordered three items from studio10, all three items are fantastic. Such a speedy delivery too. Will definitely order again. Ignore the negative reviews by others. I can’t fault them.

I have used STUDIO 10 a few years ago with no problems, their products are good ! However having placed an order just recently - I have not received the item, I have emailed them 3 times - with NO RESPONSE and have now telephoned them twice with same response from receptionist who answered call: Customer services are busy but I will email them to say query is urgent. I have still not had contact from STUDIO 10 and they unfortunately have my money. Will I use them again - really depends on the outcome of this order (if I ever get it)

I cannot fault the customer service of studio 10. I placed an order for several products which arrived promptly and nicely packaged. The make up quality is very good, I only found one product that wasn’t suitable for me. I emailed to let them know and I was refunded for that product straight away. I would highly recommend studio 10.

Ordered some eyeshadow , needed to return re 30 day money back . Very poor customer service , no reply to emails . I had to chase my refund. I have received an apology email , but sorry will not be ordering from them again , far too much hassle.

Ordered the foundation palette and mascara - arrived promptly. Love the foundation, only need to use a tiny bit for great natural coverage . Mascara gives awesome length!
All in all really impressed! Would order again .

I was worried by previous reviews, but had no problem receiving a refund under their 30 day guarantee. The foundation I kept, which was lovely.

I think this is a scam company order didn’t arrive have sent numerous emails to no avail.
No phone number or head office details.

I have bought several products from this company, unfortunately the shade of foundation and bronzer needed to exchanged, emailed to studio 10 with request and never got anything back.
They claim 30 days money back guarantee, but impossible to get in touch with them. I would not recommend this company and never will purchase their products again.

Dreadful experience for a first time customer. I order the cream blush in June with a promise that it would be in early August, then the end of August and nothing since. I have chased twice and absolute silence from customer services despite them having been paid for it and asking me constantly for a review of their product. It is now showing out of stock again and I have received nothing.

I did a large order with studio 10 and loved it until the day after first use, I had a reaction to one or more products so requested a return of all items as wasn’t sure which caused it, they emailed me around a day later to advised they’d immediately processed my refund, no questions asked at all, really impressed, even though I couldn’t use the stuff 😩

I ordered a product which eventually arrived (Late) and the wrong product is in the right box. I have called and e-mailed and no-one response. No response from my 3 e-mails either not even an automated response to say that you have received my e-mail. Radio silence from a company in 2022..Not good..but they can spam me with their marketing emails every day. Will never ever use again or recommend. I am now stuck with a crap eyeshadow that I didn't even order... GRRRRRRR

Studio 10 Make up - what a great Company ! Their products are lovely and well made and just a bit different from all the rest on the high street. Favourite is their Radiance Glow Bronzing Veil. The Company also have a try and buy or money back - I have only used it once but they are a genuine Company and keep their word. Would definitely recommend.
