Quality of documents is not worth the subscription.
There is no email to inform users of renewed subscription. When trying to cancel and request refunds the process is difficult and emails back are condescending.
I had my subscription renewed when asking for a refund due to not access Studuco and finding the following ‘ Please remember that if you have made use of the Premium features since the payment was made, we will be unable to offer you a full refund"
My reply from Studocu stated I had access a ducoment. When logging onto Studocu it came up with a ducoment from last time I was on and went straight to finding out how to contact them. They can clearly see I wasn’t on there for more than 30 seconds and didn’t download.
nfortunately, we have to stick to our company terms and can't make an exception. As you have accessed documents like the following (on March 29th) since the payment was made, you are not eligible for a full refund: ''CAFS Year 12: Research Methodology Student Workbook Guide''.
Our offer to move your account to a quarterly subscription and provide a partial refund of AUD 50.91 is still available should you choose to accept it.
Will not be advising people to use
