A very well structured and educational course, highly detailed for expanding your knowledge of becoming a professional Personal Trainer. I had a great tutor (Kelly) to help support me through the course which made the experience a lot more comfortable. I would recommend the course to anyone wishing to develop their knowledge about Fitness and Personal Training.

I left the course halfway, I feel content is all over the place, instructions were unclear, there is an online part which seemed to go smoothly but then a word document with bits and bobs all over that made it impossible to follow at least in my experience, money wasted

My experience with Study Active has been great. I have been able to work towards my qualifications whilst working a part time job. Having that flexibility has enabled me to achieve my goals.
I would definitely recommend Study Active to expand your field of knowledge in whatever avenue you decide to go down.

The tutors would always be there to reply within minutes, the learning content is so in depth I would 100% recommend anyone who is considering a PT course Study Active will always be my number 1 answer. Another bonus is the tutors talk to you in such depth.

I had a great experience with Study Active, my tutor Kelly was patient and helpful, especially when I had a major wobble at the start of the course and panicked about remembering all the info. The assessor Chris was brilliant as well, I was very nervous but he put me at ease and I enjoyed both Level 2 and Level 3 assessments. I thoroughly recommend Study Active!

Finally finished My level 2 and I can’t thank the team enough. Kelly and the rest of her team have been nothing but exceptional helping me out at all hours of the day. Providing constant support.

And Chris made the practical a breath of fresh air when it comes to exams. Providing constant motivation and advice for future training, his knowledge is incredible. Can’t wait to start my level 3!!

I had a list of questions that I was planning to ask, but Elise who handled my phonecall, did an amazing job of explaining the course without these prompts. She was knowledgeable and genuine.

I had a fantastic experience with the Study Active team. They were always easy to reach out to, and I consistently received helpful and detailed answers whenever I had questions about the coursework or encountered any issues. A special mention to Colin, my assessor for both my Level 2 and Level 3 practicals—his support was invaluable, and I’m thrilled to have passed both. I greatly appreciate the entire Study Active team for their guidance and support throughout my journey!

Coursework is all over the place. Videos to make up for this, videos are also terrible, guy on video sounds like he's telling you off. Very low quality.

My reply to Study Active is that you are the ones providing the resources to your students. The resources are very clearly sub-par. Even the 'tutorial' videos feel amateur. It is your responsibility as a company. I've paid a thousand pounds, I'm not here to fix things for you or to bounce back and forth with your provider.

Very easy to navigate and good value for money

Crazy terms and conditions within this company. My previous employer paid for the level 3 exercise referral course however, upon leaving this company I have been billed for the course (which is understandable). But can no longer access online materials as the ‘contract’ is not with me. Therefore, I cannot gain the qualification I have essentially paid for. (Deductions over £700 through wages) Please avoid this company if you’re going through with an employer, absolute con artists.

I had my Level 2 Assessment yesterday, down in Welwyn Garden City. I was super nervous, naturally but Colin made me feel at ease. The company as a whole is amazing, but Colin was really great yesterday! He was very professional and very helpful throughout my assessment!

A guy in the gym approached me after my assessment and ask what I was doing. He was interested in doing a PT course, but didn’t know which company to go with. I told him, without a doubt, Study Active should be the one he goes for. They have been amazing throughout my qualification and I’m only excited for my Level 3 now! Thank you so much to the whole team at SA, I would recommend them to anyone!

I completed a Level2 Gym and Level 3 PT Course with Study Active. It took longer than planned due to Covid and being in full time work and having 3 family bereavements in 2 years. But they supported me throughout and gave me extra time where needed. I am a 47 year old Grandmother and enjoyed the course although parts were challenging, I felt equipped to add PT to my role as Fitness and Wellness coach. The hard work was worth it! The tutors and staff are super friendly and encouraging and the learning materials are thorough. I would definitely recommend. If I can do it anyone can!
