Total waste of time. I spent ages adding my property to the site and getting all my ID verified only to find out that the listing doesn't even appear in the search results unless you commit to £1200, 1 year minimum, £100 per month marketing subscription. Now I've given these scoundrels all of my personal data and my passport for nothing. I will never recommend this site to anyone ever between now and eternity

The website is very confusing for
Landlords to list prooerty on and often doesn’t actually work requiring multiple attempts. Messaging function also very poor.
Totally unprofessional and waste of money. My son signed the contract for a property in Swansea listed as newly refurbished and they promised that it will be redecorated before the tenancy starts. But it was filthy as never cleaned after the previous tenant left. The bedrooms, kitchen and hallway are full of damp and condensation, bathrooms full of black mould as they never been cleaned. Complained to the property manager Jay Hammond and he never responds to the points we raised. We contacted the local authority and they told us that the landlord was advised of all these problems to be rectified before the new tenancy starts but still landlord is neither bothered nor wants to address the problems. I am taking them to court now.
