My shirt from Stussy finally arrived, but I had to wait almost 3 weeks…

although I’ve bought 75 T-shirts on the site when dealing with their customer service so horrible experience you get a generic response and if you escalate to harsher words they blockyou . no telephone Communication Service they won’t respond to written correspondence just very poor customer service .I dealt with stussy for years got to know their other customer service team nice people the way they ran their department. the customer service team was 100% different and this is four or five years ago. if you have a problem, you can send the T-shirt back.they may refund your money if not, you take it off your credit card and then their block you if you hassle the customer service people they won’t respond to any written correspondence. worst
customer assistance I’ve ever dealt with. I sent a letter with a copy of all the purchases I made on their site which is somewhere between 75 and 80. I asked them to call me because I was having a problem with my credit card. Somehow I got blocked and then because I raised my voice to customer service people blocked me what a nightmare.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service of Stussy. I made a big order of €500 and wanted to return everything except for a t-shirt. I used the return service via loop returns and payed 7€ for the return label. I have proof that I sent my package and that it was delivered, however they say that it was not received by the return department and they will not pay my money back. I have sent several emails asking them to help me, however all I get is that they wont issue a refund and that I have to contact my bank if I want to escalate it further. I called the bank and they cannot do anything for me. Extremely bad service!!!!

Supporting resellers, losing customers

I ordered a shirt and I have to say it is such good quality.

Additionally, costumer service is great and very responsive. I wrote them an email about my order confirmation and my man Aurora for Stussy Support responded instantly.

What a great company, everyone should order from here.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I've ordered somthing on Stüssy, sizes were not right so I've returned few of the items to receive my money back. I used their " free return label ". BPOST has lost my parcel and Stussy refuse to refund me and either to help me. I've been emailed them several times, explain that they have to reach out BPOST and open a claim. They just refuse to do it and to either help me in another way. I've just lost my money. So frustrating. NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service.

Have purchased several items, order #1398433. Stussy has taken the money from my account, than they told me the order qas canceled and I shoud be reimbursed in a 3-4 business days but money never came back. Very disappointed with service. If I don’t get money back will never buy again with them.

I love stussy hoodies

I purchased a hoodie for my 13 yr. old from her xmas list and it was a big deal to get this brand. It showed up and is different that on line photo-the hood is lined with a thick black waffle fabric and does not look good. I have been attempting to return it for weeks. When I follow the on line process (I read the FAQ's) it does not recognize my order number, the hoodie came $300 Canadian currency. Angry and disappointed. Stussy make this right!!!

Dont ever buy here - they cancelles my order and have never returned the money even though I made a dispute through my bank!!

Ordered a 300$ jacket. The product did arrive in time frame promised, but It is too big for my son. I requested a return label and did not hear back from them. I continue to check the status and now the email is undeliverable. Let this be a warning!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Stussy very bad experience
I have bought a sweater from stussyshop.co on 25/09/23 and I got a mail thanking me for your order but never got the sweater!
Now we are 08th of november and I still have not a respond to my emails from stussy support team nor I have received my sweater. We have waited almost three months and they never send the sweater in and they never respond to your emails

Waiting for my hoodie for more then 3 months now. I'm pretty fed up with Stussy. You receive an email from them that your payments was succesful and that's it. No updates, no track and trace, nothing. The people from customer service don't seem to be there, because they sure as hell don't respond to my emails. Really very very disappointed in this ones so cool brand. Online they are a mess. Don't order online.

Stussy has recommended itself as something between luxurious brands and typical mass market ones.
but, it's worth noting that clothes quality, tissues they use are always top-notch. I can wear their t-shirts for a very long time and they don't even lose their trade dress.

Stussy is garbage!!! Through tiktok I ordered 2 Go-Karts and they took my money but no one will respond to my email I have no tracking number and I'm just ass out. It's been over a month with no word at all forget ur company it sucks

only after 2-3 washes on soft program print is damaged and sewings are starting to peel of..
stussy are damn expensive so I do expect better products...

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter. It cost £45 (yes, I know, £45 for a t-shirt!) and £5 shipping. However, upon receiving the t-shirt, it was too small. There was no option to exchange, even though there was a bigger size available, so I had to return for a refund.
I began the returns process (they only give you a 14 day window), and could not believe how mean this company is. You have to print the returns label yourself (so you better have access to a printer), but before you can print the label, they deduct £5 from your refund.

Of all the products you can buy on the internet, clothing and footwear are the trickiest to get right, even with good sizing charts, etc. Most companies charge something for delivery, but have a lower threshold than Stussy (you have to spend £150 with them to get free shipping!). Some companies offer free shipping or discount codes to incentivise customers. £5 is a lot for a t-shirt that was packaged in what was essentially a recycled card envelope.

Most clothing and footwear companies, aware of sizing difficulties or customers not being happy with the items they have chosen when they receive them, offer free returns. Many will even include a free returns label with the order. It's one thing to lose the postage costs, but to be penalised a further £5 for returning an item, is terribly bad customer service. Effectively, I have lost £10 on the whole transaction (i.e., I have only been refunded £40, but spent £50).

I have subsequently ordered this t-shirt from another retailer, who offer free returns. I shall not be using Stussy again.
