I placed my order on 10/02/2026, and the tracking shows it’s “delivered” — but I never received it. I’ve checked everywhere: neighbours, my garden, and there’s no delivery card. Even worse, the tracking link showed a completely unrelated package I had already received. I would rate them a 0. Tracking said my order was delivered, but I never got it. Contacted customer service, still no resolution. Clearly not the only one experiencing this — very disappointing.

I placed two orders on the 9th of March and I have received both without any issues (in Spain). One earlier this week and the other one today. Both original products and exactly the same as the ones I bought myself in Korea.
To all the people leaving 1 star reviews.. you scared me into thinking this company wasn't going to deliver at all, and you all sound so entitled.. where do you think they ship these products from???

I placed an order worth approximately C$100 nearly four months ago, and I have yet to receive it. While there may have been an issue with the local carrier, Stylevana has completely failed to take responsibility for the non-delivery.
I have been given the run-around for months, and they are now refusing to issue a refund. A reputable retailer should guarantee the arrival of their merchandise; instead, Stylevana has left me to deal with the frustration of a lost package and lost money.
If you are in Canada, save yourself the headache. There are plenty of domestic retailers with similar pricing that actually provide reliable service and accountability.

Their stuff is good and they have good deals, but their service isn't professional. Every time I ordered, they told me some items weren't available a month later even though they were all in stock when I ordered. Their stock control is terrible and delivery takes at least a month to dispatch.

I have terrible experience with them: any order placed saying it will be shipped in 24 H but takes 2 weeks to prepare the batch and start the process. The order is is transit for ages! Almost every order was in transit for a month. Customer service is useless as they use the template email and will not provide real time information or make any effort to assist the customer. Their emails look like chat bot messages with useless information.
To be more specific: I placed my order on 28.02.2026 and it says on the website they provided that customs clearance has just been completed on 20.03.2026!! On their website it says that my order is completed!!!! How is that even logical?

I am absolutely unsatisfied with this company, honestly i have no idea how its possible for them still working. I only saw negative reviews in 99%. I have placed my order on 27th february and i have still no package. I emailed them literally 1000 times.. dont worry wait etc etc.. but nothing useful, then they said go to the local courier… but they also dont respond… i have paid more than €100 and no package no refund.. and they are not willing to help, just replying bullshit customet service sentences… nonsendd company. I wont order anything again, instea of this company i am willing to pay more but getting my parcel in thid year at least

I did place an order around the 20th February, I do understand the parcel is coming from far away anyway I never received any updates unless checking the status. Never got a notification that the package was with Dhl, now apparently it was delivered 6 days ago and again no notification neither from dhl nor the website. Contacted the courier and they said to contact the website which I did, I explain what happened and I received an email with tips to find my parcel like check cctv, go and ask at a parcel shop if they have my package which you can't really without a pick up code. Anyway I am going to see what they will do, I know this was the first and last time ordering from them.
I have an update, after the investigation they said ONCE again that dhl says the parcel has been delivered and to ask the neighbours. This is a real disgusting service

I placed my order 4 months ago and I still have not received my parcel.
Each time I contacted support, I was told they would “check with the courier,” but nothing has been resolved. According to the tracking, the parcel was supposedly delivered, but the signature is not mine. I have no idea what happened to my package — whether it was lost or stolen.
I have been contacting them almost every day, and now they have completely stopped responding for weeks.
This is absolutely unacceptable. If there is an issue with their courier, it is NOT the customer’s responsibility. The company must either issue a refund or resend the order.
Instead, they are ignoring me for months.
I strongly warn other customers: be very careful ordering from this company. Based on my experience, this is extremely unprofessional and unreliable service.

Truly the worst shopping experience I had in my life.
(Order #BWSVEUB1000478657). I ordered items listed as '24-hour shipping,' yet nearly 4 weeks later, and they haven't even shipped my order.
The customer support is a complete loop of bot replies that never address the actual issue. Even worse, they are providing completely contradictory information:
March 2nd: I was told by bot 'Rachel Foster' that my order was DISPATCHED.
March 10th: bot 'Mary Sullivan' told me the order was PACKED FOR DISPATCH (Wait, I thought it already left?).
March 12th: bot 'Silvia Todd' told me it is CURRENTLY BEING PACKED.
How can an order go from 'dispatched' back to 'being packed' ten days later? They are clearly lying to stall for time and ignore refund requests. I have been forced to open a formal dispute with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this company if you actually want your products or honest communication

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I placed an order over a month ago and still have no clear update on whether it will even be shipped or if it has been cancelled. I have sent multiple emails to customer service, and they consistently avoid answering my actual question. Instead of providing a clear update, they keep sending generic responses and offering a pointless 10% discount for a future purchase.
That discount is honestly insulting given the situation. After this experience, there will not be any future purchases.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I have ordered from them before without issues, which makes this decline in service even more unacceptable.
I already know they will reply to this review telling me to contact them via email—but that is completely useless, as I have already done that several times and received no real answers.
Very poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

I wish i could rate it as Zero star. Raised my first order on 29jan26, received and found out 4 out of 5 masks are already expired on 03 December 2025, immediately took photos and lodge in a complaint with Stylevana on 12 Feb. So far 1month has passed, no explanations, no refund, no replacement. It's such a pain to deal with this company!
