Great Prices, allow 4 weeks delivery time

This company’s warehouse is based in HongKong. Be realistic about delivery times. Allow 4-5 weeks. Their prices are great . I live in NZ and have placed 4 orders in the last 2 years. I have always received my parcels as expected.

I cannot believe all the negative…

I cannot believe all the negative reviews regarding delivery time. The website is for the UK market, though goods are shipped from Hong Kong. It is worth waiting approx 3 weeks as the products are fantastic and a fraction of the cost you would pay in the UK (if you can get them here) I have used them a few times now, and never had any problems

Amazing delivery

Just want to share my experience.I was not getting any shipping updates after it was dispatched but I have received my parcel in just 10 days to UK which is amazing as it’s less than 2 weeks.Please trust their process and I feel so guilty that I doubted them.I hope it help others.

I don’t understand the negative reviews…

I don’t understand the negative reviews on this store. Yes shipping takes a while. Mine took 7working days to arrive . All products intact . And their prices are really cheap
Unlike when you buy from the UK which is more expensive. Ya’ll should stop downgrading this store. After purchasing , I sent them an email 3days later regarding my order and I was replied to within 24hrs and assured about my package. Most of ya’ll posting negative reviews are the ones that probably didn’t even pay for shipping and choose free delivery then complain that your order took long. If u want a cheap price deal with it but stop trying to ruin a company. I’ll definitely be ordering more products from them tho.

2+ Months of Failures: Stock Errors, Stolen Parcel, and Now Ghosted.

I placed my order (#BWSVUKB1000260100) on 31/12/25 for £148.34. I was forced to wait weeks for stock, only to be told later they weren’t even stocking the item anymore. Despite this, they eventually sent a parcel which was stolen on 13/02/26 because it was left in an insecure location.
​I have signed every 'Letter of Authorization' form they requested to help their investigation, but now Stylevana has completely stopped responding to my emails. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Section 29), the retailer is responsible for the goods until they are in the customer's physical possession. Stylevana is in breach of contract.
​It has been nearly 70 days since I paid. I have no products and no refund. I am now escalating this to a 'Letter Before Action' and a formal report to Trading Standards. Refund me immediately.

UPDATE: Stylevana is now providing false information. They claimed the courier delivered to a 'back door,' but the proof of delivery photo clearly shows the £148.34 parcel left on a public-facing front doorstep. I have signed their legal forms, yet they continue to stall with '4-6 week investigation' excuses. I have issued a Letter Before Action with a deadline of 16/03. I will be taking this to the Small Claims Court (MCOL) if not resolved.

Resolution for my order

I am a long time customer of stylevanna and order alot however am writing this review in hopes of finally getting a resolution for a replacement order. My original package was lost, and despite providing formal evidence of this loss to the support team under Ticket #502260 , I am still being told to wait for a courier investigation.

I have already submitted all requested proof, yet I am only receiving automated or 'holding' responses. This situation has become very stressful and has dragged on for far too long and already waited many weeks for the order.

I would like Stylevana to please stop the delay and either ship my replacement items immediately or issue a full refund. I have been a patient customer, but I need this sorted now.

No order confirmation yet payment taken

I ordered a Japanese product on their website by making full payment via Paypal on 18 February 2026. I have a payment receipt but haven't received any order confirmation or delivery information to date on 22 February. Normally suppliers email you order confirmations almost immediately. But not this company. They take your money and simply disappear. I should have read negative reviews here before placing any order. I don't understand how this kind of scum company is legally operating in UK.
I am asking for a full refund including the shipment fee. Please don't purchase anything from them.

Unreliable delivery

I finally received the products after more than a month and after contacting the company numerous times. They claim to deliver quickly and promptly but that is a lie. I had ordered from them twice before and the orders always took ages to arrive. I like Korean products but will get them from a different company.

Good prices! But slow delivery

I use stylevana all the time for my skincare and makeup, and I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews as I have been using them for 3+ years now and not really had any issues apart from long shipping times.

Great products & service but expect the long shipping time

Ok so I ordered some products from here after seeing they were cheaper than in tk maxx ( by half) I didn’t read the reviews first but did get concerned when I didn’t receive my parcel after 10 days. I emailed them and had a response pretty quickly to say that it had a shipping number and they sent the number to me so I could track. I’m in the U.K. and the products are shipped from Hong Kong which explains the longer shipping time. Having said that it has taken 10 days to arrive which isn’t as bad as some of the shipping times I’ve seen on here.
The products I ordered were worth the wait though ! They are fantastic so if your happy to wait then it’s totally worth it

Delivered to wrong address in London…

Delivered to wrong address in London whilst it was to be delivered in Peterhead in Scotland? Normally have no issues but they sent me tracking and says it was delivered today by Royal Mail and have had no help. Will never order from here again.

Horrible Customer Service. Please Do not shop here.

I placed an order on 29 November. One full month later, my parcel had still not arrived, so I contacted customer service to ask what was happening.
From that moment on, the experience was appalling. I only received automated replies stating that my parcel had been “sent”, repeatedly attaching the same tracking link. No one actually read my messages or addressed the problem.
The tracking information clearly showed that there was never a delivery attempt. The parcel was returned by the local courier, Evri, for reasons that were never explained by Stylevana. I had to discover this myself by contacting Evri directly.
I informed Stylevana of this several times. Despite explaining the situation in detail, I received the same automated response eight or nine times, which I found completely unprofessional and frankly insulting.
Eventually, after insisting again, I was asked to confirm my details so the order could be resent. I explained that I am currently in the process of moving house and therefore requested the contact details of a supervisor to formally raise a complaint before confirming anything. Instead of providing this, they continued sending the same generic message asking me to confirm my address.
When I asked whether they were refusing to provide supervisor contact details, they replied that the parcel had already been sent without address confirmation and that nothing further could be done. As a result, the parcel was sent to my old address, and no one has taken responsibility for this failure.
This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. No delivery attempt, no accountability, no escalation, and endless automated replies.
Do not shop here.

“Dispatched for 5 Weeks with Zero Support”

Five weeks for a €100 order and zero real customer service.
I placed an order with Stylevana on 9 December 2025 (approx. €100). The order sat marked as “dispatched” for five weeks with no meaningful tracking updates. I contacted customer service multiple times and received only automated system replies — no human response, no explanation, no accountability.
The order eventually arrived after five weeks, but that does not excuse the delay or the complete lack of communication. At no point did Stylevana proactively update me, investigate the delay, or respond properly to my emails. An automated ticket number is not customer service.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that I am a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of euros with Stylevana and regularly places orders for family members as well. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in the company.
Delays happen. Silence, poor logistics transparency, and ignoring customers do not.
I will not be ordering again unless there is a serious improvement in customer service and delivery standards.

Not received order but charged for it

I ordered a cream for my mum but I never received it. The courier said it was delivered. They provided no evidence to prove this and offered no refund. I am very annoyed
I would avoid buying from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY




I wish I could give zero stars. It was my mistake for not reading the reviews beforehand—I can’t believe I overlooked them, especially since I always check reviews before buying. I placed my order on 02/12/25, and today they emailed saying it will take another seven days just to ship. That means I’ve already gone days without my usual skincare products, and now I’ll have to spend even more money elsewhere to replace them. I’ve already spent £100 with this company.

Their excuse is the “holiday season,” but after reading the reviews, this seems to be a constant issue. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I’m more frustrated with myself for not checking the reviews first. I’ll be contacting PayPal to see if I can stop the payments.

Please do not waste your time or money on this company.

Never buy from this site

This company is an absolute joke. Their customer service, while quick to reply by email, was completely unhelpful and provided no real solutions. It took nearly two months for me to receive my order, and only because I had to constantly chase them for updates and a resolution.

To make matters worse, they offered me a voucher for the value of the original purchase: do NOT accept it. Using the voucher forces you to make a minimum purchase of £1 and pay for delivery, which I didn’t have to do on my original order. It’s a misleading “gesture of goodwill” that ends up costing you more.

Overall, an extremely poor experience and I will not be purchasing from them again.
