9 months took my money and never received anything no phone number and emails always lies he is a scammer court case coming on this

These people are 100% scam artists been 6mths beware don't trust or order anything

Ordered a travel Guitar off a Facebook advert.
September of 23. It's now May of 24.
All I get is delays and bogus tracking information.

I will continue to try to get either a refund or good equal to what I paid.. until the end of time.

I ordered an advent calendar back in September tracking was false I have emailed many times over the past months,I contacted my bank and they refunded my money ,I had email proof

Compete scam artist. Ordered goods advertised on facebook. Been waiting months, emailed numberous times, no refund available, every excuse under the sun, still no product delivered. Complete waste of space. Avoid at all cost cause you won't ever get what you purchase from any company associated to this idiot.

Same experience as the other reviews.

Ordered item in September 2023 and have not received the goods despite constant promises that it will be delivered within 2 weeks. The tracking number does not exist.
Do not buy anything from this company

Ordered and paid for air fryer back in September still have not received it although there has been emails saying they are looking into matter and should receive it in 10 to 15 days. Still waiting. Looks like I have been scammed.

Remember this name, PENNFIE SONG, Chinese con man, if he actually existed. Ordered guitars from styleway, they took my money and sent fake tracking number, then just lied constantly. I was never going to receive my guitars. Do not deal with Sunnice media, Styleway apparel, or especially PENGFIE SONG. God help him when I catch up with him.

This is a total scam. I ordered a travel guitar after seeing an ad on facebook. All communication and customer 'service' was handled by a contact from this website. While their official customer care e-mail address is not even working by the way. They keep me hanging on a string now, after I kept on trying to find out when the ordered item would arrive. As far as I am concerned these are a few Chinese guys (or solo uno) who make money by conning you. So my advice, don't involve yourself with this outlet. My questions: who is Pengfeisong and when will I get my money back?

I ordered 2 channel advent calendars, for birthday gifts. I have waited over 6 weeks. I have asked for a refund. The reply from this company is non existent. When I say I have spoken to Trading Standards, I get a reply your parcel will take up to 20 days to be delivered. I have taken legal advice, I have asked for a refund, I have sent a letter. Please be aware this is not a company who is trading within the Consumer Act. I have reported them and I will start legal proceedings. Do not buy from this company Mr Penfeisong is trading under Style way Apparel or Sunnice media Ltd.
