My order was processed and delivered very quickly even though it was during the Christmas period.
Unfortunately when my wife opened it on Christmas morning there was an issue with the moulding and it didn't clip together properly.
I e-mailed the customer service team who by auto-reply were out of office until the 2nd of January, very frustrating but understandable.
On the 2nd I received a reply within a couple of hours offering apologies and informing me that a new order had been generated and was on it's way. This arrived within 2 days and fitted perfectly.
Although this was not the perfect transaction it could not have been handled with better efficiency given the circumstances. An added bonus I found that there was no pressure to return the rogue item and no insistence for further payment in exchange for a refund, merely an admittance that an error had occurred and would quickly be resolved.
The customer service was excellent and I would recommend this company as an example of how to handle similar situations.

The brush cleaner is fantastic. Really worth getting one. Plus the fact, once the brush is clean, it is also dried, so you can use immediately.

It arrived fast which was very helpful as it was needed ASAP!
Unfortunately it came with the wrong chargeing leed, luckily I had one that matched. It charged fast easy to use the strap in comfortable it’s noisy don’t know if it’s meant to be that noisy as it’s not been mentioned. The big thing is it works! Family of girls , Cramps, IBS, + some gynaecology issues. Everyone is happy with it

Customer service is very poor
No one to respond to emails or calls

It’s interesting that a review is responded to within an hour but an enquiry needs 14 days to get a response and even now I still haven’t received a response

Bought 2 beauty fridges about a year and half maybe 2 years and they both stopped working. One broke a few weeks ago and another ones broken today. Paid £50 each for these. I did expect them to last longer

Royal Mail claimed to have delivered my parcel from Stylideas, but clearly had delivered to another address. The product I ordered was a birthday present for my wife and on contacting Stylideas they immediately despatched a replacement item via DPD which I received the next day. Exceptional customer service by Team Tom & I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this Company.

Great cordless mirror with optional easy attach magnetic small magnifying mirror. Nice felt type travel case. Quite impressed especially as price fairly reasonable compared to similar products on the market.
