Good web site

Good web site, great prices, good shipping time, packaged well, also liked the idea they wanted to check for proper payment. will be my first sight to go to for next purchase of parts and will recommend it if time arouses.

AWFUL customer service/Wrong parts

Still have multiple questions posted to the website that have been unanswered for months now. Had an issue with a shipped part so I called in. Spoke with an outsourced customer service agent that had no idea what I was even talking about. Still dont have answers to that issue. One of the questions that i asked online was answered... without a complete sentence, just a model number posted of something that doesnt make any sense. I have also sent a concern in about all of this before and gotten no response... yet continue to get this email asking me to rate your completely shit customer service. In summation: youre a typical shit company that doesnt give a shit about your customers, provides shit customer service and is still expecting good reviews. Youre all completely out of touch with reality. Thanks for nothing and stop sending me emails.

Very poor customer service, will not refund parts

Very poor customer service. Sold me a tumble generator valve motor that didn’t work, and over the next month of trying to return it I had to call them like 8 times. When I told them it didn’t work they wanted written proof from a dealer, then they finally said they won’t allow me to return it as it’s an electronic
