Ottoman Bed
I received my bed on Saturday. The tracking was great so I could see the exact time the bed was going to arrive.
The men who delivered it were excellent and they had no problem taking the bed to the bedroom, putting it together and showing me how the ottoman part of the bed worked. The bed is perfect. Just what I wanted. So 3 days in and all is good so far!

Excellent customer service and delivery
Excellent customer service before ordering - always spoke to someone in the team. Helped with placing order and agreed a delivery date that suited me. Delivery team were also spot on. Courteous and considerate of property. Bed is top quality and very comfortable. Daughter loves it.

Sueno UK - exceptional quality, exceptional service!
Our experience with Sueno UK has been exceptional. We had a big problem as although we had been reassured by a national retailer that an Ottoman front lifting storage bed base for our super king zip & link mattress would go up the stairs in our country cottage, it didn’t.
Sueno solved the problem by producing a product which was delivered in four separate pieces, taken up the stairs by two charming delivery men, on a Saturday afternoon and assembled. All the packaging taken away leaving a clean and tidy bedroom.
The product itself is extremely well made giving plenty of storage and very easy to manipulate.
From a random email to an almost instant reply, telephone conversations, photos, top quality large fabric samples, a purchase and a delivery - the experience has been nothing but exceptional.
We are not in a habit of recommending, however we would highly recommend Sueno UK. Well done to them all, great service, happy customers, thank you!

The service is great
The service is great. I ordered a double divan based ottoman bed, ivory buckle. I had a phone call from the company to confirm the order before it was processed. Delivery was within the timeline we agreed to. Tracking the van was easy via the link I received. I only asked for the bed to be left in a hall and I was explained how to assembly it. The material is good quality. Happy with the purchase. Highly recommend.

Everything went really well with our delivery, kept informed all the way along via the tracker. Our bed is beautiful, so pleased with the quality and finish. The ottoman opens to reveal loads of storage, and the headboard and mattress are really luxurious. The delivery team fitted it together in no time, and explained about the ottoman mechanism and the non slip base on the mattress to stop it moving when lifted. So happy with our lovely new bed 🛌
