Absolutely amazing customer service. I received several phonecalls to keep me informed about where my order was and checking to see whether I had received fabric samples (and resending them!) Headboard
The delivery was on time as given. The purchase of the headboard is of good quality and we like it very much. The delivery men went out of their way to fix the headboard to the existing divan, they were very polite and helpful.

I recently ordered some samples for a bed frame and I cannot be more than happy with what I received. All of my chosen samples arrived within days and all of them matched the description and photos provided on the website. When receiving my order, they included extra samples that they believed I would like, and trust me, I love them. They also included a personalised note which is so sentimental and considerate from the brand. Incredible customer service and I am very happy to spread positive experience among friends, family and social media platforms.

Absolutely Outstanding Service and Quality
I ordered a super king size custom-made bed from Sueño Beds, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. All of the staff are a credit to the company friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and happy to give advice.
My bed arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The delivery team were respectful, removed their shoes, and made installation look effortless.
The quality of the bed and chesterfield headboard is exceptional, and far exceeded my expectations; the material is far superior to any other companies samples I’d received, and I’m so happy with my bed and experience. I’ve now ordered a blanket box to match, and again my enquiry was handled just as smoothly, when asking questions via the chat service, as was my initial telephone call when discussing the custom bed. Very easy company to deal with and highly responsive.
Fantastic company, brilliant communication, and beautiful craftsmanship. Highly recommend Sueño Beds! I will definitely use them again when needing a new bed and would recommend to anyone.

Customer service was excellent, great communication from start to finish. Requested samples and they were delivered the next day. Delivered promptly considering it was made to order. King size ottoman bed with fab headboard. I’m really pleased with everything so far. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Beautiful quality and customer service
Sueno is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again! The headboard I ordered is beautiful: very well made, finished perfectly, and very sturdy, in exactly the fabric and shape I saw online. The customer service team was flawless, checking my order details right away with a phone call and informing me of the full process from order to delivery. The delivery team was careful of my home and set up the headboard exactly where I needed it, taking away all packaging. I wish I needed more beds because I would absolutely choose Sueno again!

Great mattress and high quality
This is my 3rd mattress from sueno and its excellent. I was always after a fully foam mattress with no spring and found only on sueno. Bought emperior medium firm foam mattress and its excellent. I would recommend it to anyone whoever is after a good quality mattress that helps with back pain and good night sleep.
