Zeeshan did a great job to get me a ticket, He even made a follow up of how my journey was,I have been using him for the past 2 years, He is a great service provider .

I buy tour of this flight agency for Barcelona Spain for 2 people's.
My flight is Edinburgh to Barcelona 5.50 am,I try to check in my home 8.00 pm ,but I can't make it,because, the agent didn't informed me which email he gave for booking, HE must be informed me,before I go to airport, you make check in in the airport They say you pay for boarding pass £110.00 POUNDS,I informed them travel agency didn't gave me email of booking. They say you pay £110.00 POUNDS, otherwise you lose the flight,I try to also on Airport by my email and sufi travel email, but can't succeed, so I pay £110.00 pounds.
It is travel agent responsibility to informed me,before go to airport you must take check in.becouse i go first time in Europe.
Then I returned to Edinburgh, I try to check in,but email i don't know which one agent gave them i requested lots of times to travel agent massages, please send me email of booking but they didn't informed me every time say just wait we send you,but they didn't send me the booking email.Then I say them if you didn't send me booking email I raised the dispute of my bank.
So many times I requested, but they send me voice messages on WhatsApp, we don't tell the email address of booking, then i informed i raised for dispute to my bank,then they help me.
Also in Spain hotel is for away from town and hotel is 2 star,the agent tell me hotel is 3 star.for 6 rooms just one bath room,I wait for toilet long times,also area is no good.
So everyone be careful, don't buy any tour are tickets from this company.
I am going to dispute of ,I pay £110.00 pounds for boarding pass.
They are cheaters.be careful.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sufi Travel and the agent Shoaib Akhtar. I paid £300 for a ticket, but the ticket was never issued. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any refund or a clear response regarding my money.

This situation feels extremely unprofessional and concerning. Taking payment without delivering the promised service and then failing to return the money is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency.

I am still waiting for my refund and hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible.
