Scam

Tried to buy the Luna lamp. Get an email that the item was shipped. Interesting, but there was no tracking number. Month goes by, and tracking date has never changed. Contacted them. Ooops, there has been a 'systems error' and your order was not shipped. I'm the customer and had to find out for my self. I did request and receive a refund.
So, if they knew there was a 'systems error', do you not think they should have contacted me at that time.
They claim to be legitimate, but it's absolutely all a scam. Everything is cheap garbage and can be bought elsewhere for much less cost.

I bought a “wood” ring with flowers in…

I bought a “wood” ring with flowers in the resin. It’s all resin. There’s no wood at all, and the “brown” that I guess is supposed to be “wood” doesn’t even extend the whole width so there’s just clear plastic with brown through it. It’s clearly not wood at all. This thing was over $30.00 but I’d bubble gum machine quality. It’s not awful looking, but they are 100% lying about the quality of the rings. This looks nothing like the picture. Best part is it took over four months for it to arrive too. I’ve learned to check these sites before I buy from any site not very reputable. They said they were American but they aren’t. I was also sad to see this ring being advertised on other sites for 1/4 of the cost. Sugar and Cotton really ripped me off. Poor, very poor customer service representation. They know they’re conning you. Just seeing the complaints here, imagine the complaints they receive. Avoid Sugar and Cotton. They’re no good.

Only getting one star because you can’t…

Only getting one star because you can’t give zero. Just save yourself time and order anything they have from Wish. They’re just a middle man that seems to order it from China for you and it can take months to receive the item. Everything they sell is available at Wish for a significantly less price.

Never received items.

I sent emails and no response. I didn’t receive the item that was ordered. Should have checked these reviews first. I saw this on Pinterest. Buyer beware.

Ordered a ring back in January.Sent an…

Ordered a ring back in January.Sent an email, and a quick response came back, with a link to track and reminded me that policy of shipments can take 3-5 wks. Already weeks have passed by. After checking tracking #, it now showed, no longer a Valid # . I sent another Email and Received a quick reply back, with, "we can issue a store credit, or process a refund. I`m sure you can guess what my request was.

Good Service

Received my item 30 days after order. Was told 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. Contacted them about my order prior to receiving it and they answered promptly. Happy with product.

DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT ORDER FROM!!!!

COMPLETE BS!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I did not receive one of the 3 items that I ordered. They refuse to let me send the items I did receive back because they are the same quality as the dollar store and absolutely horrible. I have been going back and forth for weeks! They won't refund or return anything. They are unprofessional and cheap but charge you up the butt for horrible items. SCAM COMPANY!!!!!! NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered the floating shark, and it took over a month to receive. The flimsy box was shipped in nothing more than a plastic envelope, and the box was all smashed up. I took pictures, and emailed the company to share my displeasure in their shipping practices. The company responded they would send me a new toy. It took a few weeks to receive, and it again came damaged!! The company shipped my replacement in the same thin plastic sleeve as the first toy. Now I have two damaged sharks, and neither work. This company couldn't care less about their customers, or their reputation. This company is crap!!

These are robbing b#stards. Took my money straight away but no item sent. No way of contacting them through email or tweet or Facebook. Have to try and get my money back from the credit card. DON’T TOUCH THEM

I would not suggest buying anything…

I would not suggest buying anything from this company. Products are shipped from China, although they don't tell you that. Packaging is horrible. Items are broken, packages are smashed. Who ships a fragile item in a plastic mailer? They are selling items that you can buy on Amazon for 1/2 the price.
I'm waiting for a full refund

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. All products are made and shipped from China although there is no mention of that on the website. Packing is awful with products arriving damaged. Products do not resemble the beautifully doctored photographs on the website. They have a fake countdown clock saying the product is about to run out of stock. Nothing about this company is honest or truthful. Please save your money.

This is a bona fide scam

This is a bona fide scam. They use bots to communicate, and do not send confirmation. I disputed the transaction and will be demanding a refund through my credit card company.

I am reporting my experience to the better business bureau.

Instead of sugar andCotton it should be called fun and games. It took 4 months do to the games they played which included giving PayPal 2 bad addresses but I finally got a refund. Thanks to PayPal. Without them I wouldn't have seen a dime. I'm telling you all go elsewhere your going to be ripped off

Nearly 9 Months later and nothing

Nearly 9 Months later I have not received anything from them. I ordered two separate items back in December 2, 2018...after well over a month, not receiving any tracking information yet, I started emailing customer support inquiring where my orders were and just received empty assurances that my orders were "on their way". Two months later I "received" a notice for one of the orders from the US Department of Agriculture that it was destroyed because it was illegal to transport overseas. To their credit (hence the one star) they refunded me for this. But nearly 7 MONTHS LATER I am still waiting on my second order to arrive. Only after persisting to email them do I get a response that it was too late to get a refund because it was last year (which means I never had a chance to be eligible for a refund as awaiting the allotted 5 weeks from December 2, 2018 would put me into the new year). They offer to resend the order but by now I find them so unreliable and underhanded that I would rather have a refund.

edit: so after they offered to "resend" me the order and me waiting over a month, following up frequently, LO AND BEHOLD i get an abrupt message (after getting an email saying it shipped and everything with assurances to my many emails that it was on its way) that my order was "never processed". now guess what? yep, repeat this whole thing over again

edit 2: so order #3 order failed again after many follow ups it fails at the last step, got another predictable "Upon checking, your replacement order was not shipped again."

Total rip-off!!!

I‘ve ordered several items weeks ago and nobody ever send me a confirmation or booking number, I never heard from them again, they are not reacting in Facebook and the E-Mail address does not exist. Total rip-off!!!
