They somewhat got hold of my bank card details and used it to purchase items but luckily my country has strict regulations and high security when it comes to bank cards etc. The order came after 60 days and I ordered a moon lamp worth 84 euro and it's an absolute rip off as the moon lamp weight was literally so light it and the sphere wasn't even exactly it had weird edges. Don't fall for pretty things on Pinterest do your research before making an order. Don't order from sugar and cotton. I learned my lesson so take it from me

After seeing that shipments could take 3-5 weeks to arrive, I made sure to place my order on the 10th of November so that it would arrive in time for Christmas. At the time, this struck me as odd since Sugar & Cotton bills itself as a small business located in Bradenton Florida which curates just a few unique items. I found out after the order that they are in fact a drop ship company selling cheap goods from China. I received notification that my item had shipped right away, however, when I clicked on the tracking link, it only showed that a package was being prepared for shipment. It sat that way for 3 weeks until I contacted them via their form requesting an actual tracking number. They sent me the same tracking number only this time, it said it was somewhere in China. 2 weeks later, it was 5 weeks after I ordered it, and I began getting nervous that the items wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. I received a lovely form email saying that it could take UP TO 5 weeks and hopefully I saw the warnings about that. Eight weeks after I ordered, I finally gave up and contacted Pay Pal, and guess what? A shiny new tracking number was magically provided to PayPay, My item was in Los Angeles, PayPal sent it under review but kept stretching the review date out farther and farther giving the seller the benefit of the doubt (apparently just average customers don't matter to PayPal, which is the subject of a completely different review) until finally the item arrived yesterday and they disallowed my complaint. 74 DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER!!!!!!! They must have waited until I contacted PayPal to ship me the items. The items themselves are just ok. I would not say they were worth the wait at all. They are smaller than described and I'm not sure they will fulfill the task that they are meant to. the moral of the story is DONT FALL FOR PRETTY LITTLE PINTEREST PHOTOS. TAKE MY ADVICE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE. I didn't research beforehand and regret it.

Nov 11 I placed 2 orders with them. 8 weeks later and still no order received. They sent me a tracking number and I received confirmation that the number will be tracked...over and over and over. No tracking just the same email confirmation.... I made a huge expensive mistake ordering from them....BUYER BEWARE

Made the mistake of placing a large order....one item pictured completely differently than described (stainless steel mug with a snap lid and received plastic with no lid) and the half of the order never showed up. They claimed that it was returned because they could not deliver it....to my house, despite the other items being delivered.
Such poor poor quality. All made in China/Thailand quality with "Made in North America" prices. Will not shop here again.
They do refund everything which is nice but you need pictures and a bit of a hassle of a process.

Rolling Pin Fiasco-Save yourself and don't order!
Save yourself some anguish and do not order from this place. I ordered and paid for the embossed Christmas rolling pin on November 14. I did not receive my junky piece of trash until January 8. The quality is so poor. This will go straight to the trash.This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I have to admit I was quite concerned about the items I purchased from Sugar and Cotton. I never order anything online without doing research but the website was so nice and the prices were so good I figured why not just give it a try?
With shipping times being so fast these days I was a bit disappointed that I’d have to wait 3-5 weeks for my items to arrive but I understood when I saw that the items are being shipped directly from other countries.
Today it’s been exactly 3 weeks and I received one of the rings I purchased. It looks exactly like the photo and I absolutely love it! I hope the quality holds up but I won’t be surprised if it doesn’t. The ring was super cheap! It said it was platinum plated though so I’m hoping it will be okay.
As of now I am happy with this company and I would definitely order again.

I ordered a wood and resin ring for my daughter on nov 22 that was shipped nov 26. As it was close to Christmas I had it delivered to her in New Zealand , I’m in Canada. The tracking info states it was delivered dec 18. But you guessed it hasn’t ! So bloody disappointed. The day after ordering the first ring I ordered two more one as a gift for my other daughter and a friend. They were “shipped” nov 26 and there has never been an update on the tracking info. I contacted the company on both these issues and was told to be patient. I would NEVER recommend this company ...it’s now Jan 6 and my daughters didn’t get part of their Christmas presents !
Overall Very Positive Experience
Hi... On 11/30/2018 I ordered 2 embossed rolling pins based on a Pinterest ad. It was only afterwards that I looked into this company. I read the reviews and began to panic. I wrote to them several times regarding my order, even telling them if delivery exceeded the 5 weeks quoted that I would request a refund. They responded right away and assured me that my order was on the way, and they were very polite about it even after me telling them the negative things I’d seen on line. Well, indeed, my order was delivered in 4 weeks. Unlike some of the other reviews, I am very happy with the quality and think they are very pretty pins that can be even be used as decorations. I look forward to making cookies with them. Also, for some of the others who said that the impression doesn’t show up well, I plan to research and try different cookie recipes. I have a feeling we can get a good impression with practice and the right recipe. I also saw somewhere instructions for caring and treating the rolling pin, which may help with its overal performance. I hope this helps some of you who may read this. Anyway, while I was sooo nervous about my order after reading these reviews, my experience turned out to be very positive. For anyone wondering why 4 stars rather than 5, it is because I wouldn’t think this to be a $70 rolling pin (based on original price shown), and I am not fond of their online timer/stock count down marketing system. So my positives are: received item in allotted time, very satisfied with product quality, and I received consistent, friendly, responsive customer service from this company. Wishing everyone well!

All I have been told is the item has been shipped and then I am told there is a delay in shipping, baloney.

Promoted the product I ordered (Batter dispenser system) on pinterest. Product is a no show and tracking info cant find product.
Company wont do anything so I am pushing for a 100% refund through paypal.

OK, my plan of action was to get the word out on these people after posting public on facebook a number of customer complaints and tagging sugar and cotton in them they started to wake up. However it should be noted that they claimed tracking showed the product was at my post office for delivery. Imagine my shock when I went over it was not there and they had no info on the item.
I had to go paypal dispute center for resolution. There never was a reply from the seller to paypal on the matter. I was refunded the full price of the item.
Since my paypal account is still a merchant account I asked paypal why they support this Sugar and Cotton. They are known scammers whose complaints get higher daily. I expressed the opinion that Paypal is aiding these people in their unreputable business practices.
If someone knows how to reach a person working with PINTREST to make them aware of these guys and ask to have their adds removed. It makes pintrest look really bad.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!! I suggest NOT purchasing from this company. The 100% satisfaction is false. I returned the product to the return address listed on their site "6650 Anchor Loop Bradenton Florida US 34212.". The address does not exist.
Use caution
I'll just say"ditto" to the majority of the other reviews. It's been 5 weeks and no order. Tracking says Korea post 12-22. They portray this as a small business in Florida. Very misleading. Use caution. I'll be doing a charge back with my credit card company.
So Disappointed
I ordered a 3D rolling pin on November 10th, plenty of time to recieve it for Christmas...you would think. It arrived yesterday (January 3rd). Not the end of the world, but I was not impressed about showing my sister a picture of part of her Christmas gift. Yesterday I was happy that it at least arrived, that was until I opened the bag it was shipped in. The handle is falling off and it is so incredibly cheaply made. They originally had it on the website for $70 marked down to $30 on sale. There is no way this was orginally a $70 item. I’m so disappointed in this and will update when I know whether or not they will return my money. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them.

I ordered gifts for Christmas that arrived today! I emailed mid December asking if would arrive before Christmas, was told they were getting them out the door as fast as they could. Excellent non-answer! I emailed again December 19th telling them to cancel my order as there was not sufficient time to receive in time for Christmas Day. No reply this time. Order came direct from China and Korea. I guess we will see if I get my money back when I request refund and way to return merchandise. Buyer beware.

I had a great experience working with the customer service department. I had ordered an item that I didn't end up using for a gift, and they were very gracious and quick to respond in resolving my concern.
Dealer/Distributor
So...what Sugar & Cotton doesn't tell you up front is that they are a dealer/distributor who does not stock the items; instead, they place the order on your behalf with the supplier. Hence the 7 day order placement time and the 3-5 week delivery. They don't tell you that at the beginning of the order; that information is buried in FAQs. I found out when I finally received the notice that the order had been placed and that I should expect a 3-5 week delivery. It took 1 full month! The items were shipped direct from China Post.
Now I support small businesses but I do not support 4-6 week lead-times.
Ironically, my husband ordered a gift for me from our grandson from Sugar & Cotton. He ordered it in mid-November and as of today, December 30th, it still has not arrived. They had to show me a picture for Christmas.
Super disappointed in the service and will not order from them again. If I can't find it somewhere else, then I don't need it.
