I am appalled at this company. It took almost 6 weeks for my product to arrive.

The website states 2-4 weeks to receive the product. However AFTER I placed the order the email confirmation sneakily changes it to 3-5 weeks. I wouldn’t have ordered the product had this been stated in he first place as I needed it in 4 weeks, which is a ridiculous shipping time to begin with.

I contacted the company several times via email and they kept saying it is coming. It did not. I will be returning the product because I no longer need it. I had to buy another gift at the last minute due to the dishonesty of this company.

HORRIBLE. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

They don’t have a problem collecting your money but 2 months later I still haven’t received my item. Their phone goes straight to voice mail. I’ll be glad if I get my money returned through PayPal. I bought several items over the holiday that were shipped from CHINA and they were received faster than these people ship from Florida. My advice is don’t buy from them

I ordered for Christmas in October.....they took money out right away but never received order...
Have tried to get in touch with them but no luck....will never order from them or thru pinterest again.Very disappointing...they don't deserve no stars

I ordered a rolling pin on November 16th for Christmas. On the second to last day of the fifth week allotted in their "3-5 week shipping" I emailed the company asking if my order will be in on time. I mentioned how I am losing patience and am getting angry. The response seemed automated and just stated that my order had been delayed. No one let me know about the delay and again this was the day before the last day of the FIFTH week. I got angrier and it showed in my emails. None of my questions were answered and they did not offer a refund and I still haven't gotten a response from a week ago. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is nothing more then a scam on Pinterest. I ordered a rolling pin set weeks before Christmas and it never showed. When I try to track my order it comes up with a website error code. I tried repeatedly emailing them with no response until I threatened them. Only then did I get a supposed tracking # on my item....so get this, the tracking # , after 3 weeks showed that my order had only made it to some address ....IN CHINA..!!!!!!
I am trying g to contact pinterest...to no avail but I am filing with the attorney's general office against both sugar and cotton and pinterest for allowing these scam artists to operate.

Very disappointed that the gifts I ordered at Thanksgiving won't be here for Christmas. I think Sugar and Cotton is being very misleading when they have "holiday gifts" in big lettering and say to allow sufficient time before Christmas but then the items don't come within even that extensive amount of time. The last straw for me is writing them an email about my frustration and getting a copy-and-paste reply. Wish I had just used Amazon.com.

Placed an order October 30, for Christmas stocking stuffers. It is currently December 19 (over 7 weeks). Still have not received items.

I purchased a rolling pin, and earings from them. It took a very long time to arrive, but it was written in their Faq so no surprise their.
However, I feel cheated, and ai am returning the goods because:
- their customer service assured me that the products took time to ship because they are coming from artisans all over the world
- while indeed you can find the same rolling pin on a worldwide selling retailer web-site for $9.99.
- and this is really cheap stuff from China, the quality is poor at best, but advertised with pretty pictures.
I guess this is on me for falling for it.

Wow - I am so sad to say that I share several other very bad experiences. I placed two, yes two, orders with this company. I feel like a fool.
First I ordered the rolling pin, paid for it, got confirmation etc. Then I went back to order another as a gift for someone else. This time I ordered the rolling pin and also something else. Got another confirmation. I must be too trusting.
As others did, I read the FAQs about delivery. I stupidly went ahead with the second order.
Now it has been five weeks for one order - and no delivery. I checked repeatedly, about once a week regarding delivery. Nothing showed except that it was sent and in transit.
Then suddenly today, I see a bunch is posts updating delivery. And IT SAYS IT IS BEING SENT BACK BECAUSE MY ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST! What?
Of course, I checked my address and it is correct. And yes, it does exist - since the 1800s in fact. No one called. No one sent me an email. And according to their posts - they decided to return their own product four days ago. !!
Second package - I ordered it a few days later. When I checked this time - THERE IS NO RECORD OF MY PACKAGE IN THE LINK THEY PROVIDED. Now I have had to use time making copies, saving them and writing to the company several times. I suspect I will get the same responses as others have.
NOT RECOMMENDED. NOTHING IS WORTH THIS.
I NOW HAVE ANXIETY ABOUT WHETHER MY MONEY IS LOST FOREVER.
SO far, it seems like a total SCAM.
IMPORTANT LESSON: IF YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE AGAINST AN ONLINE SELLER - DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!
Learned the hard way.

I have to say i was nervous after reading other reviews, but i took a chance and ordered a Nebula necklace that my daughter fell in love with. The site advised it would be 3 to 5 weeks, so i was prepared. After ordering, i received a very personable email thanking me for the purchase. ;) i received the necklace at just 3 weeks. Its very pretty and im happy with this purchase;)

I ordered 2 christmas rolling pins from sugar and cotton in November. The stracking number they sent me still doesnt exist. When i contact them they say they shipped the packages and to be parient. I have repeatedly asked them to check the tracking number and they send the same one. Which after over 3 weeks still doesnt exist with Canada post

Honestly I am a little disappointed at Sugar and Cotton. Being from Singapore, the item I ordered took a total of 3 weeks to arrive, not even adding the time it took for my item to be packaged. I had ordered 2 rings and only received 1 of them. While the ring itself (despite only being 1 of it) was pretty and worthwhile (in my opinion), I was really disappointed that despite waiting almost one and a half months, only one of the 2 rings I ordered arrived. I am disappointed and furious due to this and I think that the company is irresponsible. Furthermore, despite mailing them dozens of times and asking for a refund at the very least, they only responded a few times and gave flippant reassurance that they would do something about it. So, my advice to people who wish to buy items from Sugar and Cotton is: 1.) Be prepared for the possibility that your items may be missing or take long time to arrive 2.) Be prepared to take risks that include losing your money and wasting time trying to pressure Sugar and Cotton to refund your things if broken or missing. 3.) If possible, chose more reliable websites.

So i waited about a month and a bit to receive my “ princess crown crystal ring” and another ring i got for my mom now i will say this shipping is honestly terrible but when i got the ring i actually wasn’t that disappointed i looks like it does in the picture which had me asking myself why certain people where leaving such terrible reviews, over all it wasn’t bad the ring is pretty it looks like the one on the website and it fits right, they are two very nice rings and im pleased but again, shipping was just terrible

I ordered the holiday rolling pin-specifically the reindeer design. Supposedly it takes 2-4 weeks, but if you look at the faq section, they say it can take up yo 5 weeks. Mine took over 5 weeks, and when it finally arrived it wasn’t the one I ordered. It isn’t even especially festive. Do yourself a favor and buy the item somewhere else.

This is the email I sent to customer service still waiting ro hear a response.....I received the photo lense coffee mug I ordered as a gift for my brother in law. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the quality of the product. Your site includes features such as "stainless steel lining" , the cup is made entirely of cheap plastic, (it seems the box it came in weighs more than the cup) the lid does not even fit on the mug, I would never pour any hot liquid in it or embarrass myself by giving it to anyone as a gift. In short it is suitable for the garbage. Needless to say I will be taking advantage of the 100% money back guarantee promised on your site. Please advise, as the cup arrived with no receipt or instructions how to return.

Ordered a Christmas rolling pin on October 31st. Now December 8 and no rolling pin. I took the tracking number to the post office and was told that the item is still in Customs in Chicago. Interestingly when I contacted Sugar and Cotton they were no help at all other than to offer to send another one. On the surface that seems to be a good solution however the 3 to 5 week shipping window would still apply therefore I would still have no Christmas rolling pin in time to do holiday baking. I realize an item hung up in Customs is out of the control of the seller but in reading their reviews seems this happens frequently so I will not do business with them again. Conveniently for them there is no way to leave a review on their website.

Ordered two Body-kun figures from here, products were counterfeits, of unusable quality. Their reviews are rigged as well, seems like they don't publish any negative ones. I did receive a full refund after a few emails, but was told to "keep the products", which just tells me how little they're worth to them. They run a lot of ads online and on Pinterests and are still selling the figures under the same description, which is worrying. I hope no young artists fall for this scam.

I ordered an imprinted rolling pin on November 16th and so far haven’t received anything. They send me a nice email thanking me and later on another one with a discount coupon but when I check the tracking number is still “on your way” I really don’t t understand where the products are coming from and why it is taking so long.

Ordered My Ring Way Back In October And Still Haven’t Gotten It. It Was One And Two Hours Away From Me And The Expected Delivery Date Was Dec. 3. I Got A Message This Morning Saying It Was Shipped To FL. It’s Just Continually Going Down South. It Took A Month For Me To Actually Be Able To Track It And Now That I Can It’s Just Floating Around Me. Don’t Waste Your Time Or Your Money On This Website.

I hate myself for not reading these reviews earlier. The item I ordered was supposed to be a lunar lamp which in the pictures looked awesome. A month later I finally received what I can only describe as a styrofoam like ball that a kid would use to build a model solar system. It's absolute trash and probably cost less than $1 to make. Additionally the box it arrived in looks like it went through a nuclear war...I'm almost glad it wasn't made of some breakable material.
