This company is the absolute worst
They are ripping people off. I have attempted to cancel a subscription for several months. I have called and the number just rings, I have emailed with no response and the cancelation form on the website does not work. This company is stealing from people by forcing them to stay in subscriptions they did not choose. BEWARE AND DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Don't believe all the fake bot good reviews on this site, that's the company trying to balance out all the bad reviews. These people are crooks. I will let everyone I know that this company isn't to be trusted. I've been trying to cancel for 3 months and yet another charge. I will call my bank tomorrow to report this company and fraudulent and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE THIEVES!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

I took advantage of a special for $9.99 and somehow got roped into a membership. There is no place on their website to cancel the membership and the phone number does not work. I sent an email back on 1/27 and requested a cancellation of my membership. Below is the response:

I was just charged again for the product and my membership was not cancelled and I have not heard from anyone. This is a scam and they do not plan on cancelling your membership and will continue to charge your account. Please do not take advantage of any specials you see on facebook, tiktok, instagram or any other site.

Responsive and explained my request. Provided a resolution for my specific needs.

Their products are amazing it helps with my acne and dark spots.
I accidentally put my old address when I submitted my order and had to reach out to the company via live chat. Rio was absolutely helpful and very kind.

As many others have stated, do not purchase from this company. They will lock you into an unauthorized subscription after a one-time purchase. Do better Sugarbaby!

I wanted to manage my subscription because I had too much product and Sugarbabycare provided a quick and easy solution to my subscription problem right away. I have been a customer for a year and a half now and this was my first issue. I was very happy with their solution and how fast they were able to resolve it. The rep was very thorough and very sweet and professional.

Beware with this company. Upon your first order, they put you on a monthly subscription which you can’t cancel yourself online. Then they don’t respond to emails, their telephone system doesn’t ring and an automatic response says they will give you a callback (they don’t) and no one answers their chat or it says they will email you (surprise surprise, they don’t). I had to replace my card just to stop them from continuing to charge it. That’s why they ignore customers who wish to cancel the subscriptions, so they may continue to charge.

terrible company. they charged me subscription prices even when i ordered one time purchase. they offered me to pause the subscription then ghosted me for days with no response so any of my emails. no one EVER answers the phone. i was forced to literally change my card!!! scam!!!!!

I was tricked into a subscription, and I have sent at least 10 email messages and phone calls, and this company is relentlessly charging my account. They are impossible to work with!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE dealing with this company! I paid for an item I did not receive and it’s going on 2 months with NO RESOLUTION😤. The customer service is horrible!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I didn’t like the product before the next order was processed I sent a email I wanted to cancel my subscription. Which I didn’t choose a subscription at the checkout bc I wasn’t sure If I would like it. My face broke out they charged my card for a new shipment after I kept sending emails. I received the product anyway and I was charged again. That’s shady business I will never recommend this product to anyone. I had to even change my debit hard behind all this it’s been a pain.

I’ve noticed a difference with Sugar Baby Care! Acne reduced, this product does not irritate my skin!

I'm a big advocate for tumeric products as someone who has struggled for several years with acne and dark spots. This product is great, I think it's more convenient for use of the face, for I struggle mostly with spots on my back, a bigger area for smaller pads, but with patience, it works. I have many to go through and I'm pleased.

Wynnona needs a raise!! during my whole experience she was amazing and i love the products from sugar baby but the customer service was terrible until i got i contact with Wynnona.

You will make a one time purchase that will turn into months of them attempting to take $49.99 to send you more. You read that right. No, you purposely did not sign up for a subscription but somehow end up with your card account being held hostage by every other day attempts to swipe your money. I even changed Apple Pay and they STILL somehow are trying to get money. They transact in the middle of the night while people are asleep! You’ll wake up to the attempts. This has been going on since September 2025 when I made the ONLY authorized purchase. There is NO WAY TO EMAIL OR CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s on purpose. I basically have to try getting a whole new Apple ID to make this stop…this company is also not black owned as advertised. It is Asian owned. I have placed screenshots of my Apple Pay attempts all over social media in hopes to warn others about this bogus company. They delete our social media reviews.

The best customer service experience I've ever had from a small business. Rio, who I chatted with thru live chat was so helpful in explain my subscription. Rip was able to address all of my concerns. Very resolution oriented. Even though i made the mistake Rio was very kind in explaing my error and helping me correct it. Now I have a subscription based on my needs.

i did like their one product however DONT SIGN UP TO SUBSCRIPTION THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL, I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, IM CALLING MY BANK, IM DONE. ITS TOO BAD I LIKE THEIR PRODUCT BUT THEIR MORE FOCOSED ON SCAMMING. I

Don’t buy from them they will lock you in to a subscription and keep charging your card
