Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 180 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people felt extremely frustrated because they were automatically enrolled in recurring subscription plans without permission after making a single online purchase. Consumers also noted that stopping these unwanted charges proved extremely difficult, as customer support often failed to respond or assist properly. Some reviewers were satisfied with the actual skin care products. Customers mentioned that items like the facial cleansers and serums effectively helped reduce acne and dark spots with consistent use over time. A few people also appreciated when support representatives quickly resolved shipping delays or order delivery issues.

**BEWARE & BE AWARE**

I, like many others have unknowingly supposedly subscribed to some “three month glow up challenge” .
Ultimately thinking that you’re making a onetime mistake
Purchase
In actuality you have unknowingly given up three months of 3 separate payments of your money to overwork their facial products on your now irritated face! Turmeric yes. But that kojic acid and lemon peel are tearing my face up!
And offering no refund saying because of policy.
For a “three month glow up challenge” is just unrealistic for such sensitive facial skin.

If boldface advertising was a thing then this would not be a problem

So beware of your money they plot on unbeknownst to you for three months.

Hopefully your skin on your face won’t pay the price because it just too strong to use faithfully for three months

Agreeing to that is not even logical to try any new product that you won’t know how your skin will react to
And can’t stop payment.
Can’t get refund.
Is not a good thing

So please be careful of hidden semi subs labeled as challenges

I still can’t locate this “glow up three months challenge”.

Learn from my mistake.
I purchased through SHOP.
After seeing an ad on the Facebook smh
Probably the official website had fine print that is not obvious so beware even on official websites.

God willing I can get some sort of a refund because my face hurts and can’t stand three months of this supposed glow up challenge I’m unwilling paying for especially in this climate!
Automatic three months subscription. Then what!?
If I don’t cancel it will then continue to take take take!?

I’m off to further investigate what tf happened.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company as…

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company as far as Customer Service. I spoke to a representative an asked her to cancel thr subscription. Which I did NIT enroll in . The option to cancel an order is there but you don't have access to the order number until they have shipped it. The person did NOT cancel the subscription at this point any dissatisfied customers we need to ban together and file a class action suit

Sugar Baby Care is a dishonest company

Sugar Baby Care is a dishonest company. I did not sign up for auto shipment of their product. They are crooked. Do not order from them because they will sign you up for auto subscription and lie and say that you signed up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will file a complaint with the FTC, this company has lost all credibility with me and I will never buy anything from them again. I thank God that my credit card company Discover Card is standing with me and will not allow any transactions coming from Sugar baby to post to my account.

If I could give 50 STARS I would…

I LOVE this company and their products and I love them even more after they handled the following situation:

I’ve been using their glow wash cleaner and glow wash pads for almost 2 years. I always order in bulk and whenever they have their buy xx items get xx free. My last order was pretty big 5/5 washes and pads. I still had some previous order left over so it was well over 2 months before I opened the new package. The cleanser wasn’t right, it smelled different, wasn’t orange, didn’t come out right. I opened another box and it was the same thing. I left a message on their Facebook page asking if they’ve changed the formula because my order wasn’t right. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to reach out and certainly not as quickly as they did. I gave them the order information and within a week they replaced all 5 of the defective items. Their genuine customer service and attention has made me a lifelong customer. I totally recommend this company and their products!!!

It works with consistency!

I have been using this product for a few months now. I struggle with scaring after hormonal breakouts. This product has lightened my dark spots tremendously. Also, I have developed a stock with my subscription. I had no problem chatting with customer service about pausing my subscription and changing my delivery frequency. I plan to try other products soon!

Great products and customer serviceGreat products and customer service

I like a lot of other products I have used to deal with hyperpigmentation and skin texture, Sugar Baby products have really worked for me. In addition, their customer service is awesome! They are professional, courteous, and responsive. Plus the little deals they have like buy one get one free or buy one and get a free gift are an added bonus.

I wanted to try this product one time

I wanted to try this product one time. ONE time, to see if it works for my skin. I went to purchase one time, and got signed up for a subscription somehow. I did not realize it until I saw a charge for a second order December 15, 2025. So, I email to have this fixed. No response. I tried to cancel it on the website, not given a choice to. I called the number on the website, NOTHING. I believe to be highly unprofessional for a business to not respond to their customers and continue to take their money.
At this point, I have sent a final email letting it be known I do not wish to have a subscription, didn't choose to have a subscription, do not send me another product, do not charge me another dime, or I will dispute it with my credit card company. I am not out here to scam people oit of there product. I do not want it.

Sugar Baby is a SCAM

This company is Horrible. I did a one time purchase of the product and at the time of purchase I did not opt into a subscription. However they still are shipping the order out monthly with a recurring charge that I never approved. I've emailed multiple times with no response, I've called and got no one. I've also attempted to order my subscription I never agreed to and received a huge error alert that the cancellation could not be done at this time. I have records of all of my attempts to reach this company which I've shared with my bank for a formal dispute. This level of deception and lack of response makes me question everything about the product as well. Stay Far away!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUGAR BABY…

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUGAR BABY CARE!!! They will lock you into a subscription and have the worst costumer service. I have emailed them more than 10 times, called them and it goes straight to voicemail. They will not let me cancel my subscription that I didn't even want in the first place! I just wanted to buy a product once and somehow that locked me into their subscription.

Sugarbaby Care Company, coupons ropes you into a subscription, stay away!

I would say that last year when the company was not as popular, when I had an issue with not getting my order, they responded quickly and fixed the problem. I cancelled my subscription with them, because I often use Medicine products as well. I just decided to order the turmeric pads and mask which the mask came opened. I have been trying to contact them. I have left at least 11 or so messages, on chat, e-mail and phone calls. There has been no response, so I think that because I do not use their
coupons which automatically sets you up for a subscription, they will not respond to my messages. So if you order do not use their Coupons, if so you will be roped into a subscription, but expect not to get a response if you have a problem with your order. Medicube products works very well also. The sad things is I am the 61 year old that gave them a great review last January. I just deleted it because they no longer conduct business professionally.
