Fast shipping
I have used Sugargoo 2 times and my package came in 9 days. The processing time was fast and really good communication. I have a package on the way now and I am really excited. 10/10, I will 100% use it again.
Only thing is the price of shipping (little bit pricey).

Package haul 12kgs into NZ legit
Got my package haul 12kgs into NZ within 9 days, bit pricey on the shipping but the goods were worth it, am currently going to do another shipping, was awesome cause can track with NZpost but always use EMS shipping line, safer and on cheaper site, updates an customer service is on point too

I am fine with the slow delivery
I am fine with the slow delivery, but my item is damaged upon arrival.
I have file a complain with them but the response is very very slow.
Also according to thier ads, they will take care or refund if any damage happens. But in my case, the 1st response from them is NEGLECTING ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY. Which is totally different from the ads as they promised.
