It is a good agent but recently they've just been f... it up. The increasing shipping prices with the bans make no sense. Rather than reducing the price because less people will buy with them anyways. they increase it so even less people go for them

When you buy from us in China, you only pay for the product price plus the shipping cost from the seller to our packing center. That's why, when you're ready to have the items shipped to you, you'll need to cover the international shipping fee.

The site can be improved
I have bought from SG many times, and unfortunately i have encountered many problems. First of all the website is extremely buggy and there are a lot of technical issues. One time i tried to withdraw my balance and the money simply disappeared to nowhere. It got resolved luckily, but had I not noticed that my money was missing I would’ve lost around 80 euros… The customer service and livechat are very friendly and try to help as much as possible though.
