Although I was expecting to wait for over a week for my chair, it arrived within a few of days of placing my order. The delivery was spot on too, the driver found us first time and that is not always the case!

I ordered an Inflexion chair which took nine working days to be delivered. The chair was very adjustable and very comfortable. When it was delivered, it was covered in a plastic bag with the castors exposed. I was under the impression that the chair would arrive boxed. A few days after delivery I noticed that there were marks on the castors, presumably from a hard surface, whereas I had used the chair only on a carpeted surface. As these chairs cost a few hundred pounds, I was disappointed that more care had not been taken to ensure it arrived in the best possible condition.

I am delighted with my office chair from Summit. It is beautifully made, the workmanship, particularly on the upholstery, is impeccable and the Harris Tweed fabric is everything I hoped for, and the chair is sooooo cofmortable, such a relief after very inadequate office stool.
I was disappointed though that there was confusion over the delivery and it had to be redelivered. When it did come the enormous box almost didn't fit through my cottage door and it was a struggle for the delivery man (DPD) to carry it from the van to the house. However, we got it in eventually and a neighbour helped to carry it up to my first floor study.

Arrived very quickly and on time. Lovely colour - duck egg blue - and extremely comfortable. Initially settings were a bit stiff but this didn’t last. Very pleased as it is a vast improvement on dining chair and I can spend much longer crafting than before as I have back problems. Ordering was simple and logical, with good information including videos enabling the choice process being easy.
