Had expected back scallops to be that, not a straight wrap around.
The back would have been more supportive.

Excellent service, really comfortable chair

I ordered the Tulip office chair for home use. I am very impressed with the high quality of the chair. It is very comfortable and extremely well made. There was good communication with Summit and best of all it arrived ready made, just in a covering film, rather than a huge cardboard box! I think it is very good value for money and as it arrives already constructed, there is no chance you can ruin it by putting it together badly. I would highly recommend this chair & company.

The chair is very smart and of excellent quality. It was delivered at the time advised by a very pleasant driver. My phone call to check on progress was also dealt with very professionally.

Ordering was straightforward and the response swift. The chair arrived much more quickly than I had thought and was delivered within a specific time slot with no issues. I treated myself to the heather pink tweed and it is a thing of great beauty and comfort. Long hours working from home result in far less stiffness and back ache than previously. I only wish I had ordered from you 18 months ago.

Excellent chair. The whole process from ordering online to delivery was efficient and smooth. I ordered the Inflexion chair in red. It arrived on time, assembled and is a brilliant office chair.

The first chair to arrive was broken due to the courier's rough handling. However the firm were very good at promptly replacing the broken part.

The purchase of my office chair has been very satisfactory. But I have not had a great deal of time to get used to it but am very hopeful it will be both comfortable and supportive when at the screen.
