In the two instances where I had the opportunity to engage with the customer service team, I encountered challenges that left me dissatisfied with my purchase. The absence of a returns label for the products seemed either an oversight or a misjudgment. Additionally, during the Black Friday sale, my order faced a delay, and I was informed about its cancellation a week later due to the item supposedly being out of stock, which contradicted its availability at the time of purchase.

Despite these issues, I decided to give the company another chance, but unfortunately, the experience worsened. An item was shipped a day late without any explanation or compensation for the missed next-day shipping. I promptly reached out to the support team, expressing my concerns about the delay. Regrettably, it has been over three hours since I messaged them, and I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or information regarding their mistake, let alone an offer of a refund or compensation.

This situation is particularly disheartening, as the intended recipient of the delayed item is currently facing challenges, sleeping rough on the streets. For a business catering to customers who invest significantly in their products, one would expect a basic level of service, including clear communication and timely problem resolution.

Given these experiences, I have decided to reevaluate my decision to continue patronizing this business. It is unfortunate that such a promising company seems to fall short in its customer support, and I hope my concerns are addressed to improve future interactions.

Bought a top and the material was amazing. Came in a few days which was very convenient.

Good enough heavy hoodie, but 100pounds for a hoodie is a little bit expensive, I got a large, for plenty room.. I'm a 32waist to give others an idea.. Maybe a medium would have been better? 🤔 Could wear t. shirt and sweater under hoodie if large,, a plain hoodie I wanted with no pedofiles, , s names...

Service was spot on, very smooth from the beginning. I purchased the new puffer coat and the carpenter jeans both top tier quality and the fit was amazing. Will definitely be returning. 👍🏻

Ordered several items and after a few days, they had not arrived. Contacted Summit and they immediately reacted by sending a duplicate order, which arrived the next day at no cost to me. Excellent service.
As for the products themselves, great quality as usual. When they say heavy, they mean it. Always satisfied with the standard of their products.

Delivered from UK to Ireland within 2 days. Nice personalised letter included in the order which is a nice touch.

The quality of the materials is second to none also!

Firstly, the quality of the t shirts are amazing! I would advise sizing up to your normal size as the length seems shorter if you have a longer torso other than that! Excellent quality to the material. Feels premium.

Secondly, the customer service is top class, my first t-shirt was too small, sent back, summit sent the replacement quick, unfortunately Royal Mail didn’t keep up their end of the bargain and I received a completely different product (fish treatment to be exact) reported this to summit through Instagram they jumped straight on it and sent me another shirt out which came with 48hours ready for my holiday! Excellent team and a great brand!

As someone else has restated about the customs having to deal with, I’m from the USA and did a return. I did everything according to instruction but still are requiring me to pay for shipping return (which is fine) but now custom charges to get it delivered which I never had to do with any UK brand. I wrote return goods on the packaged. They are going to tell me I’m wrong with a reply below.

An update: We were both confused as to why the package had fees that needed to pay, I still went forward and had to pay them. They later said my package needed to be updated to unit A Denton drive for return as there was an issue ( was never stated on return form just Denton drive ) the only brand I know that I’ve purchased from internationally that makes buyers responsible for custom fees when returning. They wrote “ As the charge is due to paperwork not being completed correctly by yourself, I'm afraid we are unable to pay customs to receive a return” even after following directions correctly. Keep in mind I called ups about this package and they told me they were responsible for paying the fees but they didn’t want to accept so I paid 100$ in total for a return. No resolution, leaving my review

Quality garments for sure, would be 5 stars if the finishing on the items was a bit more superb for the price you pay.

I have not recived my order yet ,they are looking for the recipient to go and pay for the customs which is completely their responsbility . Late reply for e-mails which is annoying . Make a research before shipping to any country and getting ur self in a problem .

The hoodie I ordered matched perfectly to the images and size chart, and the item was also dispatched mere hours after ordering.
