Poor Customer Service

Shipping was amazing. The pick from store was more than displeasing. I was scolded for not ordering from the store and was told that it wasn’t alright because this is how the associate makes their money. Not only was I treated like second class I was also patient in allowing others to go ahead of me. What should have taken maybe ten minutes to pick up took over an hour. I also purchased another bike while I was there in which I was again scolded because I was trading in my sons bike I had just purchased from here a few weeks prior. Furthermore it didn’t stop there. I was reminded at the front counter before leaving that now the associate had to start their day with a deficit. Lastly I requested help from the associate to help walk out the two bikes I bought and when loading he rudely threw it in the back of my vehicle turned his back while walking away and Said, have fun. I represent a $3B business. I at no time disregarded or disrespected the association or the associate. My employees know better. In this climate and economy the last thing any corporation wants is a toxic employee driving away business. Especially NEW business. I know other employees heard what was being said and so did other customers. This employee I assure you would not have an action plan if they worked for me. They would be fired on the spot. Never the less, I won’t do business here ever again. This definitely is not the only place to buy outdoor equipment. Appreciate the opportunity. More than satisfied with shipping. I think Sun And Ski needs to revisit their store policies, reiterate to all staff and fire anyone not in compliance immediately. If the tone is not set from day one, fire your managers. This experience will be a lasting one that will resonate with me and anyone else. I assure you that if I experienced it countless others have also and that would be why the nasty reviews are online with low foot traffic in the store.

My shoes came in broken

My shoes came in broken. The know wasn’t even tied on the sides. I had to make a knot and cut some of the shoe lace off. Now they are ruined. I’ll know better next time not to spend this much money with an unfamiliar company. I’m so disappointed and will contact on cloud with photos

Popular style Dudes at a really good price

These shoes were half price at your store compared to every other place I had shopped. Shipping added a little extra, but they did get to me quickly, and even with the shipping, they were still a good deal. I have had my eye on the Rodeo Denim Hey Dudes for months now waiting for a deal and you were the first ones to offer something, and it was a really good deal at that.
