They had great response and the bike I needed with great finance options that will allow me to avoid interest.

After receiving my bike shipped from their TN store they inadvertently forgot to include the SRAM AXS battery charger. Upon me contacting them they apologized and assured me it would be shipped to me. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

I was able to get my shoes at a great price! The shoes themselves are very, very comfortable and I am in love with them period I would highly recommend this company period the shipping was reasonably fast, didn't believe fast and the packaging was good. Period

Better prices & better selection than REI with fast delivery.

It took a significant amount of time for the shipment to arrive. Once it arrived, my sweater smelled strongly of chemicals and had an extremely rough texture compared to the one I felt in-store. After a wash, it does feel/smell better, but the apparel just doesn't feel as soft/comfortable as the in-store option. That said, it cost half as much here - you get what you pay for!

Had the product I wanted and shipped it quickly. Was very easy to assemble and start riding.

The package was not packed properly. When I received my jacket, half of it was sticking out of the package. There was only one small strip of tape holding the the plastic packaging together. Really disappointing!

Customer service was excellent. I visited the store two different times and dealt with different employees who all treated me with respect and helped me find everything i was looking for. I highly recommend visiting the store.
