No order confirmation, no update-but package received

First of all let me state their products appear to be amazing, but I get no response from customer service. I placed an order via the german website on 13th of October and payed via Paypal. Something really weird happened. I got a quick flash of order number (too quick to screen shot), however no order confirmation (anywhere, checked junk etc) also not under 'order status' under client account. The money is deducted from my credit card. I have reached out to customer service twice but received no response. It is really unpractical you cannot call anyone to resolve this quickly/also no live chat option. You can only write an email to customer service whereby you get a response 'response will take longer than expected, however no specific time frame or management of expectations... this to me comes across as quite unprofessional.

Edit: I received a surprise package today 5 business days later, with all the ordered supplements. I am very relieved! However, still no update on the client account nor response via email or order confirmation.

Dear Sunday naturals, I am sure your supplements are amazing, however, as stated above I think issues as above would add a lot to your communication workload. Improved communication with customers would probably fix a lot of these issues and reduce unnecessary unanswered communication chains as well as improve customer trust.

They've double charged me for order and…

They've double charged me for order and have not responded to any emails since almost 20 days. This is thievery. And they have no phone number for customer support. You better hope nothing goes wrong with your order, otherwise you will be left hanging.

No shipment..No Service !

I have placed an order on 28th of September and on 30th of September received an email that my parcel was provided to parcel delivery entity. However, when trying to track my parcel it says that the parcel is still expected to be shipped. Today is 6th of October and status of my order still has not changed. Here's my Order #1012900970 hoping that I will get some feedback.

It looks like that the company is not as trustworthy and reliable as one may think, looking at the many recent reviews.

Worst customer service

I have placed an order on 24th of September and on 25th of Septmber received an email that my parcel was shipped to "Evri" delivery. However, when trying to track my parcel it says that "Evri" is still expecting my parcel to be shipped. Today is 29th of September and status of my order still has not changed. I will leave my order reference in the hope that I will get some kind of information regarding what is going on with my parcel (Order #2000017096).

I can see from most of previous reviews that this kind of behaviour is very common from 'Sunday Natural' and want to suggest for other people that came across this company to not to deal with them as it does not worth time and money you will spend.

Never received my order worth over 100€

I ordered items for over 100€ 3 weeks ago. So far I haven't received anything and the tracking link doesn't update, it just keeps saying "Waiting for your package". I contacted the support 3 times without any reply whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Edit: After writing this Review I got a reply from Support and also my money back with a Discount Code for my next order, which I appreciate. Still it would be nice if the customer support would be improved.

Have ordered 2 weeks ago but did not get any information when I will receive my order. It was mentioned 3-4 business days. Also my support request was not answered. Will wait a little longer and then try to get my money back via the bank.

Slow delivery, avoid this company

It took me only one order to know I will not order again: the delivery commitment is not fulfilled and their customer service is useless.
I haven't even received the products I am already exhausted by this company.
Do not trust their commitment on delivery timing (which tends to raise the questions on other commitment they're giving on their products...) and don't expect support or basic politeness from their customer service. prevent yourself the trouble, really

I like the supplements

I like the supplements, especially PQQ and Q10. My main criticism isn't to do with the products but the slowness of delivery. Is there a hub in the UK or are they coming from Berlin/EU? As that would explain it. They are, I would argue, better quality supplements than say cytoplan and in many cases more affordable which is key. But their delivery service is slower. I don't think it's evri as per say it seems there is a delay before evri receives the parcel. I noticed this with previous orders too.

Update: Order took 6 days to arrive, in the past it took 10 days so maybe improving.

The discount is a lie

Sunday often lies about their discount rates. Today I received a discount offer for 10% off their bundles (which are always 5% off) but the coupon only provides an additional 5% discount, NOT an additional 10% discount. They should be more honest about the total value of the actual coupon.

The following information was provided in our customer information email:
“Add the code to your basket or click on "Redeem a discount code" at the checkout. The discount code is only valid for 2-item bundles, which are already discounted by 5% in the shop (not for individual products or offers already reduced by more than 5%)”

This means that the discount applies to the original price of the individual products in the bundle. The two-piece bundles are already discounted by 5%, and entering the code grants an additional 5% discount, resulting in a total discount of 10% on the original price of the individual products.

Evri states expecting parcel on the 25th August but still not received, so 7 days ago I placed my order and it's still not with the courier
