I had been a customer for a long time…
I had been a customer for a long time and for the most part I trust their products: while I have no way to say if they really are as good as they seem on text, I like them.
However, every time I’ve had an issue with broken glass, they take a very long time to reply. And with my last order there came a broken glass again (vitamin C gummies, glass so deeply cracked that I wouldn’t trust eating the gummies). I sent a picture and an email but there has been no reply so far.
I appreciate they only using plastic free wrapping, but I think there should be an improvement in packing or/and customer service.
The last straw I didn’t like: they just asked me (through an automatic email) to rate their services, and in very small font there was something like “when rating 8 and up you’ll automatically get to our turstpilot site”. I didn’t find it a fair thing, so here I am with my honest opinion.

Ignored After Raising Pregnancy Safety Concern
I ordered the Multimineral Essentials product, which had no mention on the website of being unsafe during pregnancy. When it arrived, the label clearly stated: “Do not use during pregnancy.” I contacted customer service immediately. They initially responded but stopped replying as soon as I raised the issue more seriously. Despite multiple follow-ups, they refused to issue a refund and instead tried to shift the blame onto me, saying I should not have assumed it was safe..
Even worse, other products on their site do include explicit pregnancy warnings. So they clearly know how important this information is, yet chose not to include it for this product. That’s misleading at best, dangerous at worst.
Other reviews are spot-on. Sunday Natural is quick to respond to public criticism but ignores genuine customer complaints. And when they do respond, it’s never to take responsibility, only to defend themselves and deflect blame. This company shows no accountability, no transparency, and ultimately no respect for consumer safety.
Because this involves pregnancy, I am considering legal action. No company should be allowed to operate with this level of carelessness.

Don't Deliver to Northern Ireland
Seem like a great company and was very much looking forward to trying their products but they don't deliver to Northern Ireland. We are part of the UK so im not sure what the problem is. We order supplements on a regular bases from all over the world and never had this issue.

Placed an order 7 days ago, and since then all I got was a tracking number from EVRI stating they are awaiting pickup of goods...,!!!!
In 7 days I can deliver a parcel to Europe for 5 pounds...that's what they charged me for postage.
No wonder everyone is turning to Amazon...
If I knew this beforehand I would never order from them..
UPDATE....I GOT MY PARCEL 2 DAYS AFTER I LEFT THIS REVIEW...THEY NEVER MENTIONED ITS COMING FROM GERMANY, BUT AT THE MOMENT I AM HAPPY AND GIVEN 4 STARS INSTEAD OF ONE.

Terrible company to deal with, you place an order, takes ages to come and then to find out they missed one of your orders, you email, then email again and get no reply. Dont have any other way of contacting them. If thats how they treat first time customers then its disgraceful, they rob you of your money and dont deliver the goods!! Stay away!

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had ordering supplements online.
I ordered 9 products from Sunday Natural (Invoice INV/2025/1576398) and paid €136. DHL failed to deliver the parcel properly — even though my address was printed correctly. They claimed false delivery attempts and redirected the parcel to a remote facility far from my home.
After 12 phone calls, 4 complaint emails to DHL, and hours of wasted time, I had no choice but to take a taxi, spending €60 out of pocket just to prevent the parcel from being returned to Germany.
During this process, I contacted Sunday Natural multiple times by email, asking them to help me retrieve the parcel or contact DHL directly on my behalf — but received no response at all. There is no phone number, no way to speak with anyone, and no help provided.
When I finally got the parcel:
3 of the 9 products were damaged
One bottle (Vitamin B-Complex) was completely shattered
Another (NAC) was broken and leaking
The third (Vitamin D3) had a loose internal seal and was unfit for use
I sent clear photos showing the damage and explained everything in detail.
And yet — no reply, no apology, no respect.
I didn’t even ask for a full refund. I simply requested:
A refund or voucher for the 3 damaged items
A €60 compensation for the taxi I was forced to take
They didn’t respond at all.
They didn’t offer any compensation.
or store credit.
It’s clear this company does not value its customers. Once they take your money, you’re on your own. They hide behind email forms with no phone, no chat, and no real service.
I’ve now filed a chargeback through my bank, and will be reporting them to the German Consumer Protection Authority.
Honestly, this is the difference between American companies and certain German ones.
Where US brands solve problems fast and protect the customer, Sunday Natural acts cold, rigid, and silent — no accountability, no flexibility, no human approach.
Buy at your own risk.

May I trust this site?
I’m concerned about whether I can trust this site after my recent purchase. I ordered one product but received a different one. Selling a product that doesn’t match the listing on their website is unacceptable. On top of that, the return and refund process is time-consuming and inconvenient — dealing with returns, packaging, and going to the post office. Overall, I’m very disappointed with this German website. It's pity.

Bad customer support
Bad customer support. Their website was lagging, and somehow I ended up placing two orders by accident (still not sure how it happened). I immediately sent two emails asking them to cancel one of the orders, and also submitted a cancellation request through their help center.
Despite that, after a few days I got a notification that both orders are being shipped. I sent a third email, but still haven’t received any response. :/

Products not delivered, money not reimbursed
I ordered olive oil in January. Until now they didn't delivered the products or reimbursed my money. They don't answer the emails, but they reacted when I gave an advice from my other phone number, lying about the delivery.
As far as I saw among other advisors, it seems to be quite often when they don't deliver the products and never reimburse the customers.
Avoid this site! You might lose your money and a lot of time for nothing.
I have already sent twice the proof of payment and they still asking me that once again, saying that they didn't receive it( but they continue to send me publicity emails, meaning that my address mail exists in the system).
They are lying all the time to avoid reimbursement

Supplements may be amazing but that means nothing if they don't arrive!
This is my first time ordering from Sunday Natural and I wish I'd read the reviews first. I ordered 5 days ago and was given tracking info. from Evri which continues to remain on "waiting to receive your parcel." The supplements were supposed to arrive in 4 - 5 days. Evri have always been incredibly reliable in my experience whereas this company not so....
I have contacted Sunday Naturals but only received an automated response (in German.)
This is a shame as I believe the supplements to be of high quality and would have repeat ordered had the supply been reliable and the customer service response been personal and solved this issue.

Love the daily vitamins
Love the daily vitamins! I was catching colds all the time and have not had one since taking the complex vitamins with minerals and the one a day. Would give a five star but would like more information on combining the vitamins…I would like to try the hair complex vitamins but should I stop the daily complex with minerals?
And just to say that I have ordered several times from Germany to France without delivery problems. Maybe it’s best to order directly from the German site?
