First time ordering

First time ordering, got emails from evri saying it was being delivered that day and wasn't... After some communication with them they couldn't find parcel and told to contact Sunday natural themselves. First email ignored, seconds I did get a non-automated response 'well look into it' and nearly 2 weeks later still nothing... Order placed on 25th march and basically heard nothing since... Hoping I'll get my refund I've now asked for!... Who knows!

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Sunday Natural. I returned a product within the 14-day window as per EU consumer rights—my package was sent back at the beginning of March. Despite doing everything correctly on my end, the refund is still not processed.

What’s worse: I had to do all the investigating myself. Hermes, their logistics partner, was kind enough to explain to me that Sunday Natural is supposed to pick up returns from the depot themselves—something they still haven’t done.

Meanwhile, Sunday Natural has stopped replying to my emails and instead sent me a 10% discount code for my next order. That’s not only insulting, it’s completely unprofessional. I’m not planning to place another order after such a terrible experience.

They are abusing basic customer rights and ignoring their responsibility. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a company that claims to care about health and wellbeing.

I am still waiting, and I will not give up on my rights as a customer.

Avoid if you value your time, money, and respect as a customer.

Customer service is very poor

Customer service is very poor. Only an email address found after searching for quite sometime. Why don’t Sunday natural want their customer service details shown clearly? When you finally find a link to contact customer service you see a message… link does not work! If unfortunately you suffer a reaction to their products they do not offer any support or refund. Whilst I found the other products I have ordered satisfactory the lack of customer service does not sit well with me so I will continue my search to find suitable products. It’s such a shame that this company do not put more effort into their customer service & support. Slow delivery is also another factor to consider.

Don't use them, unreliable

I have ordered a specific supplement from sunday.de. as they deliver to the UK and i couldnt find this supplement elsewhere. I have paid an additonal 6gbp for the delivery, supplement was 20+gbp.
Unfortunately, I received a completely different product. I have instantly complained via their email address and requested that they send the right product.
So then i received a reply in German (thanks google translate) that to send back what i received at my own cost??!!! To Germany!!
No apology, nothing!!! I mean how is this my fault that they packed the wrong item and they want me to pay for it?? And they dont even promise say that they send the right product after that...

So please avoid this company if ordering from the UK! Not reliable! Non existent customer service.

Best Omega 3 options for vegans on the market

As a vegan I need to have omega 3 in my diet and every once in a while I search for a better alternative, but it has been months since I buy their products and countless hours spent without finding something better. The amount of DHA and EPA per capsule is not comparable to the alternatives where you might have to take double or more the amount of capsules for the same dose. And taking other supplements, it is nice to take as few as possible. Keep up the good work.

Mancata assistenza per errata destinazione ordine

Causa mia inavvertenza circa la mancata modifica di indirizzo del mio ordine (24 febbr) però immediatamente segnalata all'assistenza clienti, non riesco a ricevere il pacco...! Sunday non ha letto la mail e ha spedito al vecchio indirizzo.
Al corriere (SDA/poste.it) che ha chiamato per la consegna del pacco all'indirizzo sbagliato ho fornito per ben tre volte quello nuovo ma il pacco non arriva.
Ho inviato tre mail a @Sunday Natural per assistenza a risolvere il problema ma non rispondono...

Due to my inadvertence about not changing the address of my order (24 Feb), however immediately reported to customer service, I cannot receive the parcel...! They did not read my email and sent the order to the old address.
To (SDA/poste.it) who was going to deliver to the wrong address, I provided the correct one but the parcel does not arrive.
I sent e-mails to @Sunday Natural asking for assistance to solve the problem but they do not reply....

Non existing customer service in Italy

I can only agree about the customer service (in Italy): non existing! I’m having a lot of problems with the delivery (with an order I make two weeks ago) and there’s no one you can talk with to find a solution, you can just send an e-mail and wait days and days…

PS from 03/04/2025: Your reply is only partially correct: I received my order just after a lot of calling and talking with the delivery company who finally understood that Sunday Natural was not going to fix the issue so they decided to help me. They did it, while your customer service just responded with useless e-mails.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever.
Yes good product but if you have a broken product once - they won’t give you the money back or give you a discount code that actually works for the entire order. I no longer will order from them because the products are too expensive for not getting any costumer care.

Tried to place an order with different…

Tried to place an order with different billing address compared to delivery address. Of course, provided the same phone number for both addresses despite being in different countries. When pressing to pay, the process just stops. No message, no explanation, no buy. Rubbish in my book.

Really good products with a great…

Really good products with a great Price–quality ratio. The supplements I've ordered came neatly packed in a darkened glass bottle. The packaging is really pretty and I'll reuse the bottle after I'm done with all my Capsules.
I purchased Myo-Inositol btw. - works well so far :)
