The quality of this blanket is exceptional, prompting me to buy one for my daughter after I had received one as a gift myself. The customer service was very helpful when I forgot to add a bonus item... See more

I didn’t receive my first order but after contacting the response to replace it was prompt and easy. My item arrived, communication was great. Thank you for having integrity behind your company. Things will go wrong it’s life but it’s how to respond that makes the difference. Thank you
Customer service is non existent at this company. I tried to reach out to someone and never got a response. I tried the live chat and email. They don’t have a phone number.
I had quality issues with the memory foam pillows. They charge you restocking fee if you try to make a return for defect product. Terrible.
Very responsive and helpful. Felt heard. Quality product and awesome customer service .
Your company was prompt in your response to my problem. They went above & beyond in helping me solve it. I love your products & along with your customer service, I’m a customer for life!
Easy to navigate return with fast customer service (AI)
Ordered and going on two months. Horrible service, don’t communicate nor care for their customers in my opinion. Don’t buy into their social media hoopla.
I had two big orders that got messed up pretty bad…AND FIRST LET ME JUST SAY… I have bought so many blankets and just have placed so many orders over the years from Sunday Citizen and I have never had ONE issue. Not one. Unfortunately, during their busiest time and the time my immune system decided to fail me and I had Covid and the Flu(the Covid lasted 4 weeks.)… 2 of the biggest orders I have ever made with them got messed up. The customer service had to deal with me during this time and they should have been paid. This review isn’t enough. I do know that I was speaking to a lovely woman named Liz… I could have been talking to her the whole time.. I’m not sure but I am so grateful for Liz and the rest of Sunday Citizens customer service.
I placed an order 10 days ago for a matching set of top and pants. I got the top like 4 days later. No update on the pants- not even processed or shipped yet. If you reach out, you get some stupid AI answer with zero follow up. I like the top- but only bought it as an outfit- not to only get half of it! What the heck?
Follow up: Wrote another email this time direct from the website and finally got a human response. They are completely sold out of the pants I purchased 10 days ago. Apologized that they did not let me know. At this point, I've already removed the tags to the matching top. Ugh.
Had to return something and was treated so kindly. Got an email expressing thanks for ordering and hope that I’d come back soon. Very impressive customer service.
Inconsistent policies. Their return policy is all over the place. I received an email on 1/11/2026 stating that you can try an item for 30 days and return for free. In fact, here is the exact verbiage "And just in case, remember you've got 30 days to fall in love, with free returns"
But online in their FAQ, it says returns cost $8.99 but exchanges are free.
If you attempt to do a return OR exchange, they charge you $8.99 regardless. Is there any leadership at this company paying attention to their vastly different policies all over the place? I'm currently talking to customer service and there is no service or help. Instead, they are making me a part of their investigation, asking me to send screenshots and emails sent and not addressing my issue as a customer trying to return/exchange items. Clearly, this company is very disorganized and there are internal issues. At this point, I don't know if I even want to exchange. I just want my money back and suggest you spare yourself the hassle. There are other companies like Barefoot Dreams that have just as cozy items, clear policies, and much better customer service.
cool products but they literally never have anything in stock. i’ve been trying to buy a sheet for like a year. no blankets/pillows in any normal colors.
Sunday Citizen has decent products but their customer service experience isn't worth shopping with them. I order christmas presents on December 5th and received an email that they would be delivered within 5-7 days. Today is 24 days later and I still don't have the items and was told today two of the 4 items I ordered are now sold out. This is the second time I have ordered from them in the last two months where I don't get my order. Their customer service doesn't care nor are they helpful at all.
A nightmare dealing with customer service. I place an order for Black Friday consisting of 2 items. Only one item was shipped, two weeks later still no pending item. No communication on what was going on with my order, I reached out to customer service via email since there’s no other way to get assistance. They said they would check with the fulfillment center and would provide an update, a week later no update. Sent email again and again no response. I login into my account and now the item that was not shipped has the previous tracking information of the initial item sent and the order was marked as shipped. How can you mark an item shipped and backdated? At this point the only way to get anything resolved was to dispute it with my credit card as they were no help and instead lied about shipping the items. Take screen shots just in case you encounter the same situation. Stay away from this company unless you want to deal with a headache.
I had a very negative experience with Sunday Citizen during their Black Friday sale. I was trying to place a fairly large order and was genuinely excited to purchase and receive their products. Unfortunately, every order I placed was automatically canceled within minutes, even after I received confirmation emails stating the orders had gone through.
I reached out to customer service and was told this was an issue with my payment method and that I should contact my bank. I already knew this wasn’t the case, but I contacted my bank anyway, and they confirmed that my payment method was fully functional with no issues. I informed customer service and tried again, only to have the same thing happen. I was then told to try a different payment method. I did so (multiple times, with different fully functioning payment methods) and every single order continued to be canceled shortly after being placed.
I contacted customer service again, explained everything clearly, and politely asked for assistance because I really wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday sale. At that point, they completely stopped responding. I followed up the next day, then again days later, asking if someone could please help me—no response. I even submitted a new customer service form through their website to try to reach a different agent, and still received no reply.
This ordeal stretched on for nearly two weeks, and to this day I have received no help, no explanation, and no guidance on what to do next. The lack of support and accountability is extremely disappointing. This was a huge waste of time and unnecessarily frustrating, and it absolutely should not be this difficult to place an order. I will not be shopping with Sunday Citizen in the future.
I placed a black Friday order and something happened and my order didn’t go through. I reached out to Customer Service and they would not resolve the issue for me. I’m very disappointed because the items that I had ordered were for Christmas presents and now I am out of luck. I think this retailer should resolve this issue with me because it’s not my fault that their website glitched and my order failed. I only found out when I went back to see when the item would arrive and saw that the order had not gone through without any notification to me. Beware of this retailer because they will not stand behind their website when it glitches. I reached out through Facebook as well as through the chat on their website and neither representative was able to assist me.
Cotosen is a scam site. Clothing is non authentic and cheaply made. Poor stitching too. I tried to return nearly all the merchandise I ordered due to false sizes and Inaccurate description. I reached out and nothing. No emails or or anything. I strongly advise to not buy from this site. You will regret it.
Liz from the customer service team solved my delivery issue! We were emailing back & forth, trying to locate my order. She was ready to resend my order however that wasn't necessary, the package was found!
Her readiness to resolve my problem was greatly appreciated! I am looking forward to giving the hoodies as gifts!
I ordered pillows 13 days ago and they still haven’t shipped. No response from customer service after 48 hours.
SHOCKING....NO TOP SHEET!!!???
Do not a sheet SET from Sunday Citizen unless you are in the market for an incomplete set of bedding. The company's deceptive practice is a stain on their reputation and an absolute waste of your money. Save yourself the headache and purchase from a brand that doesn't feel the need to trick its customers.
This is, without a doubt, one of the most misleading product listings I have ever encountered. The listing promises a “Sheet Set," a standard term universally understood to include 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, and 2 pillowcases. What arrived was nothing more than a fitted sheet and pillowcases. A fitted sheet and pillowcases do not constitute a "set." It is a pathetic half-set, and the fact that you dare market it otherwise is a textbook example of false advertising. Look at the attached advertising picture...4 items....not 3!
This isn't just an oversight; it's a calculated deception. You're preying on the assumption that a customer buying a "sheet set" knows what they're getting. When the package arrived, I was shocked to find the single most important component missing. I spent hours of my time trying to resolve the issue and all I was offered was $12 off a very expensive top sheet!!!! What a Joke!!! It's so hard to get a hold of them!
Now, I am left with a very expensive unusable product and the hassle of returning it.
I ordered a chair and ottoman and received 2 ottomans. I reached out to customer service for assistance and provided photos of what I received. They said that they were working with the fulfillment team and I haven’t received a single response in 10 days. I like the quality of the ottoman and was really excited to write a good review for a small company but the customer service has been truly awful. I’d like to hope that they are still working on this but it’s really hard when I can’t get any response.
