Dress arrived and did not conform to the measurements on their website. When requesting return instructions, I was asked to send photos of the dress on before they would issue a return address. This is against consumer rights and I would not recommend using this site. Measurements are inaccurate and returns are complicated.

Terrible Return Process & No Customer Support

I ordered a dress and it didn’t fit, so I tried to return it. I followed their instructions exactly, emailed support multiple times, and still got no response at all. It’s like their return process just doesn’t exist.

They advertise returns, but they completely ignore customers once you ask for help. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like they just take your money and disappear when there’s a problem. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

SCAMMING AND A FRAUDULENT COMPANY

(11/17/25) I wrote a review here yesterday and only now received a response. Since I cannot reply to the comment left under my original review, I am creating this new one. I have emailed both SupportSunfere and OfficialsSunfere (I can't post the full email addresses via Trustpilot rules) multiple times, but have received no response. If your emails are going to spam, it is your responsibility to check that folder!! Customers do not care about an updated email system!

I will continue to write reviews here DAILY, until this matter is resolved. I have also started a dispute with PayPal. One way or another, I will get my money back. Rectify this purchase!!! I WANT A CASH REFUND. NOT STORE CREDIT.

Return process non existent!

I ordered a dress from sunfere to wear to a wedding but when it arrived it was too small for me. I did not have enough time to go through the exchange process to get the next size up so after reading the return policy and seeing that I could get a refund I decided to purchase the next size up as well so that I would have the dress in time for my event and just return the smaller one for a refund. At first my emails and face book messages were responded to, but once they discovered I wanted to return my item for a refund all email and Facebook communications (and I have sent ALOT) have been ignored and the company will not provide me with an address to be able to return my item to. So now I am stuck with a dress that does not fit me and I can not return - very disappointing, do not shop with these guys!

I never received my package and I am waiting for three weeks now. The company only provided a tracking and nothing shows on that tracking. I really regret ordering the items and this is also a warning for other people to not order from this website.

I’ve received a worn one with body…

I’ve received a worn one with body odour, perfume and smoke smell. I left it in my closet overnight and it stunk my whole room to the point where my partner asking if anyone was there lol it also has small loose stitches.. however, I couldn’t return it because I read how customers struggle with returns and I didn’t have time to look for a replacement. I had to wash it myself.
The other problem was I ordered 3 jewellery items and received only 2.
I’m really disappointed and disgusted specially about the dress because I’m pretty sure the seller knew when they were packing.

We would like to assure you that the dress you received is brand new and has never been worn. We completely understand your concerns regarding the smell. There was prior feedback regarding a slight smoke smell on this particular style, which can sometimes occur due to the dyeing process and finishing techniques. Despite our efforts to neutralize the odor with a cleaning spray before shipping, some scent may have remained.

To help with this, we’ve since included a fragrance sachet in the package to neutralize any lingering odors(which is labeled "AROMA DRYING BAG"), which is the source of the perfume scent you mentioned. We didn’t anticipate that this might cause any confusion, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will continue to improve our processes to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers. We can also confirm that the dress is completely new.

Regarding the item’s condition, while we always strive to ensure the highest quality, we recommend airing out new clothing (especially leather or similarly treated fabrics) before wearing them, even though all products are disinfected after production.

Additionally, we noticed that your order was delivered on October 9, 2025, and reported on October 16 that you were missing one pair of earrings. On October 17, we responded, informing you that the earrings are packaged separately in a small transparent pouch. We suggested checking again or providing any photos of the items you received so we could investigate further. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply from you at that time. We also didn’t receive any feedback about the dress issue.

We sent a follow-up email on November 10 and would kindly ask if you could check your inbox for our response. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for any frustration this situation has caused and would like to clarify the matter.

As stated in our return policy, parcels should not be sent to the address shown on the shipping label, as that is NOT our return warehouse. Refunds can only be processed for items returned to the correct address, which we provide upon request via email. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds for packages sent to the wrong address.

We reached out to you on November 4th and provided the designated return address, along with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth process. This information was also shared with PayPal. Since the parcel was sent to the wrong address, we have not received your return and therefore cannot issue a refund at this stage.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in following the proper return procedure. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like our assistance with the next steps — we’re here to help.
