I ordered my clothes a larger size and they still didn’t fit (the pants were just a little long but the jacket fit like a small even though I ordered a large). The “return policy” is apparently too complicated for you to actually get a return or exchange for the correct size. The company should be more upfront about their return policy so that customers are aware of what they are getting into.

Update: The return policy is not clearly stated on the product pages of the website and complicated was the word customer service used to describe it! Perhaps this team should invest in some User Experience sessions so you will understand what your customers see. Additionally, as I stated, I used the site measurements and ordered a size up and the jacket did not remotely fit. Lastly, the return options are not beneficial to the customer in the LEAST! While there are three options none of them actually involve any customer satisfaction. Getting part of my money back, or having to pay for a long shipping process is not helpful. Be more honest!
