I did not get any confirmation of…
I did not get any confirmation of order. So I thought I only had paid and not orderd anything. Normally you get first mail of confirmation that your order has been received. Next mail that/when your order is in process/ or that it is mailed. And you get to know app. when it is shipped.

Thank you for your feedback Iwona. We promise that our UPS parcels are usually delivered in 4-6 working days, and yesterday was the 5th day. Now I can see that UPS has changed the carrier to be Finnish Post, and that has delayed the parcel. This is something that we unfortunately can't predict, our apologies on UPS's behalf.

Still the best place to buy sunglasses (Helsinki, Finland)
As twice before, price was right and UPS delivered delivered the package in a couple of days. Had a question about the sunglass model after ordering, customer rep answered immediately.
This shop does e-commerce the way it should be done.
