Very good customer service! First spoke to Megan, who was helpful and listened to my enquiry and appropriately put me through to the right department. I then spoke with Jay from Sales who was very helpful indeed. Listened to my query and walked me through different policies and gave me a choice, which I made with good information. Seamless service, very professional and helpful.
