I ordered my posters three weeks ago. The terms stated they would be shipped within a few days, but the status remained “awaiting information” for a couple of weeks. It was unclear whether any action was required on my part. I emailed the company several times but never received a response. Then, a few days ago, I unexpectedly got a shipping confirmation. The posters arrived yesterday. They are beautiful and of great quality. Overall, a good purchase, but the communication could definitely be improved.

Ordered a poster which cost £10 and the delivery charge was £8. Nothing received and sent several emails and had no reply. Tells you to use Shop app to track order and the app is useless as well.

Ordered 3 posters in largest size and spent about 90 dollars. Hasn't come in 2 months and I emailed asking for them to cancel my order and they won't respond to me.

I experienced truly outstanding service. My order was unfortunately lost by PostNord, but the company immediately chose to send me a new order free of charge—without waiting for PostNord’s assessment. That is exceptional customer service, and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Take orders but don't send them. Online chat system pointless as they don't respond. Email address on their website just pings back as not active. Avoid this company.

I bought the posters, but unfortunately in the wrong size. The posters themselves are fine, but the trouble started when I wanted to return them. I registered them for return, but after two weeks I still hadn’t received any email about whether I could send them back or not. I then sent 4 emails directly to the company and still got no reply. The service is really terrible, I would not recommend it.

I ordered a singular poster as a test and it arrived very quickly and the quality was great. Now that I was happy with my purchase, I wanted to buy more so I could finish my plans for a decor thing I was planning in my room. I ordered multiple for a considerable amount of money. It has been a month and I haven't gotten a reply on my email or the chat box on the website. Despite them saying delivery is 5 days in the EU it appears to be nowhere after a whole month. I'll take necessary action and report them to Dutch and EU authorities and I suggest you do the same.

I order a personalised poster. DHL marked it as delivered when it was not true. I contacted SunnyDesigns's Team and they fixed it for me! The product its good quality, i am really happy with the service.

After reading the other reviews i was a little worried. But it was the only store i could find who had what i wanted. The delivery took two weeks and the information update about your order is scarce BUT the quality of the posters is great, nice printwork, good quality paper and information about the delivery as it should be. So I’m really happy!

I am waiting for a poster for my daughter since longer than a month.
I have not yet got a reply to my emails, so the customer support is very bad or totally absent.
I think this is a scam, my advice, do not order from them.

Didn’t expect anything anymore send 100 e-mails didn’t get a response but, after a Month I did get my posters in good condition.

And one more scam! These fake sales sites are quite depressing and discouraging.

Horrible company. Ordered 3 posters in December and they have still not arrived. Have contacted them countless times without any response. Will continue with a report to the authorities in hopes they can give me back my money. Absolute unprofessional company.

Great quality posters. I have ordered many times from this company. I ordered custom poster and everything went perfect, from the delivery to the quality of the products. I 100% recommend them

The posters are great and when asked about the status of the delivery, customer services were helpful. The posters were shipped 5 days after the order was placed and took 10 days to arrive to Finland.

I purchased a poster for my son for Christmas. After five weeks it didn’t arrive and I didn’t have it to give to him for Christmas. I contacted them by email and no reply. Can’t help but feel like that’s $56 I wasted on one poster I didn’t receive!!!

I ordered a poster that was promised to be delivered in a few days, but it's now been over two weeks, and I still haven't received it. I've reached out multiple times and only received a brief response claiming it had already been sent (this was after my second follow-up). I was expecting at least a kind message with an apology for the delay.

I understand that running a small business can be overwhelming, but if delays happen, it's important to be transparent about shipping times. Additionally, responding to customers in a considerate manner goes a long way.

Update: I finally received the poster, and the quality is excellent. However, as others have mentioned, it's a shame that a company with such great products tarnishes its reputation with poor communication. Food for thought!

I bought 7 posters for 1000 danish crowns, but they didnt come so i wrote to their support They wont respond to my question.
Just a bad website dont buy from here
