Excellent service!
We ordered the pool, it came a day or so later than expected but the customer service is really really great! Also we thought we had a leak so we contacted them again and they showed concern and got back to us straight away. After filling the pool more we noticed the water level was not dropping, so all good!!

Love our pool
Love our pool, it’s exactly what we wanted, although the cover is extremely difficult to fit as it’s a little on the small side and for a pool that holds 11,000 litres of water we’ve found the pump to be a little useless. Other than that it was very easy to put together and has given us many happy hours swimming!

The covers are a little tight, especially when used for the first few times. They are designed to be like this, tight like a drum, so the cover doesn't sit on the water and rain water cannot pool on the top.
The pumps are designed to be used with the amount of litres the pool hold and should be adequate to do the job.

Waited a week for my pool to arrive…
Waited a week for my pool to arrive only to be told that it was lost by the courier! I was offered another item by Jane, who was fantastic in the way she dealt with the situation. I decided against a second item and my money was refunded without a problem. No pool but not your fault

Ordered the steel frame oval best way 24x12 foot pool, it came in required time packaged well on a tail lift wagon with a trolley jack and placed on the drive as requested.

Poor
Bought pool, heater and other accessories after calling for advice.
On setting up manual states you need a green indicator light on the heater power supply, if it turns red then turn off immediately. I got a red light so turned off and contacted the seller who couldn’t help and gave me the manufacturers email add instead. Manufacturer wanted a video of the set up and afterwards told me all was fine and disregard what the manual said(??!!)
However they also told me that the £99.95 heater cannot be used with an extension cord and needs a proper external plug near the pool.
So if you have a big garden your going to have to pay £££’s to an electrician.
Was told AFTER purchase by the manufacturer that this in the manual that comes with the heater when purchased and they cannot take any responsibility for returns so contact the seller.
Sunshine pools refused any return or refund as despite not actually being used they believed the product was faulty as used with an extension cord.
Ended up stuck between two companies with poor service. Would have been helpful if the heater issue was made clear by the seller before purchase or I wouldn’t have bothered wasting my money.
Wouldn’t use this company again.

We could not take this back as a return, this was because it had not been used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, as it had been plugged into an extension cable which the instructions state not to do.
I believe Intex could not be of service, again as it had been used against instructions.

Excellent. I hate ordering on line but was able to speak to very helpful staff who were able to tell me exactly what I needed to provide a clean pool for my grandchildren and neighbouring kids. The pool and kit arrived promptly.

Excellent pool heater and delivered quickly
Ordered internet electric pool heater for our 16’x8’ above ground pool. Although this heater is only recommended for smaller pools, it is definitely making a difference. My kids didn’t use pool much last year as too cold but now using more. Thermometer (which is supplied with heater) says 24/25 and it was 18/19. I just put in on for a few hours before we use the pool (and when I can utilise electricity from my solar panels).
Item delivered quickly and would use the company again.
