The pool came wrong colour on time but took another 2-3 weeks to be replaced and a lot of emails phone calls and pictures for this to happen
Did ask for some discount compensation but never returned my call of emails
I would use again but feel it was a lot of hard work on my side 🤔

We are sorry the pool liner was the wrong colour. The manufacturer had updated the pool with a brand new 2022 design but had not advised the retailers of the change of colour.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience in you having to take pictures etc but we have to request these to raise a case with the manufacturer, to show the issue etc.
I have reviewed your emails and can see that from you first alerting us to the issue, to the time the manufacturer advised they had allocated a new liner to you was 5 working days and were then waiting for you to provide proof of the old liner being cut to despatch this.
I note that you spoke with the office several times and can see all your emails were replied to by our office. I'm sorry if you sent one that was not received by us. Our junk folder is also regularly checked and there are no emails from you in there.
I'm glad that the issue has been resolved and your family can enjoy the pool.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing company!! I was struggling to find a large paddling pool/slide that could be delivered or collected in time for the heatwave this weekend - typically for me I’d left it to the last minute and everywhere was either sold out or couldn’t deliver until 20th July at the earliest. I was also cautious as we’d just realised we’d been scammed by another online retailer so when I saw this product online, available and able to deliver within 2-3 days I was skeptical. But having checked Trustpilot I decided to order. I placed the order at 10:30pm on the Tuesday night; I received a confirmation immediately then at 2:30pm on the Wednesday I received notification of the item being shipped and it arrived on the Thursday morning! Free delivery too! The product itself is amazing and was reasonably priced compared to other sites and it came with a blower which many didn’t (or were £50-100 extra!). I couldn’t be more impressed. Especially in this post-Covid world where everyone seems very quick to make excuses for poor customer service, delayed shipment and deliveries, etc. This just goes to show that it is still possible to provide excellent products at a reasonable price and quickly! I have a very happy 3.5-year-old and therefore we are two very happy parents!

Excellent customer service.. the pool itself is of good quality.. slight delay in delivery hence the 4 stars.. however there was good communication from the customer service team in regards to this. I would definitely order again and would recommend to family and friends.

Intel 18ft x9ft above ground pool I am…
Intel 18ft x9ft above ground pool I am so impressed with the customer service and delivery of this pool . This has to be one of the most helpful companies I have dealt with for some time.
The staff are quick to respond are knowledgeable and very helpful. I would also like to commend the delivery driver who again was very polite and extremely helpful in delivering the pool thank you all highly recommended.

We purchased an Intex 9ft 10" x 5ft 9" pool…
We purchased an Intex 9ft 10" x 5ft 9" pool at £389.95 from Sunshine Pools for our kids joint birthday. It wasn't the cheapest shop but they were a UK store with great reviews.
It arrived very quickly and all seemed fine however upon inspecting the contents of the box we noticed that it came with a smaller pump than advertised. According to the website it was meant to come with a 1000 Gallon pump but we actually received a 530 Gallon instead. I got in touch with customer services who agreed to find out what had happened which involved getting in contact with Intex. We waited 4 days to hear back before getting it set up for the birthday and sadly got a response the day after. I was told that it came with the correct pump and their website was wrong. They would get their IT guys to amend it which I'm not entirely sure how it helps us but great I guess?
The pool liner also appeared to have a bold spot on the inner lining which we didn't see until we got it fully assembled. Thankfully it doesn't seem to affect the pool performance but retrospect I wish we had just returned it before the kids saw it. The kids have only used the pool once and its already apparent that a 530 gallon pump isn't up to the job, we kept it running over night and it barely made a difference.
We ended up having too buy the Intex 1000 gallon pump off amazon for £65 which has cleared it up after a few hours of running.

We are sorry the website has a typo on it, which was raised with the website team.
The pump included with the pool set was the right pump for that product and this was confirmed by the manufacturer, Intex.
If you believe the pump included is not running properly, then this could be raised with Intex, as a warranty issue and they would deal with that accordingly.
The pump you bought afterwards would filter much quicker, as it is a larger pump than required but the smaller one would do the job it's designed to do but just not as quickly.

The instructions on the box tell you it…
The instructions on the box tell you it will take 30 minutes to erect the pool , unfortunately that's about the limit of the instructions ! . You need to go to YouTube to find some very helpful videos. Pool is great and delivery was prompt with a friendly driver

Not great value for money
We bought the 13ft x 6.5ft pool. Pool seems ok so far - the price just smarts for what it is. Doesnt seem great value for money. Especially not at all happy about paying £69.95 for the ‘solar pool cover’ which is essentially just a single layer of bubble wrap you could get for less than £10 somewhere else. I find it hard to image there is anything else to it than that.

If you do not want to keep the solar cover, our returns policy allows for you to return unused items, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt and then return them to us, unused, boxed and in a saleable condition within two weeks of delivery.

Absolutely delighted with the pool and…
Absolutely delighted with the pool and the grandchildren love it well worth the money, only downside was the delivery, the delivery driver said it had been in their warehouse a few days and no one wanted to take it on, so much for next day delivery other that that the pool is brilliant.
