customer service out of this world!

so i needed a new acrylic for the bottom of my tanning bed. i contacted this company and they told me which one i needed. they have the BEST customer service i have come across lately. it arrived in just a few days and was packaged well with no issues. fit my bed perfectly. i want to thank them so much for their help and wanted to share this cos if you need any of the products they sell this is the company to go to! thanks again!

I love the quick response that I got

I love the quick response that I got from them. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and realized it on my confirmation number. I Emailed them and they were understanding about it and cancelled my order and ordered the right one for me. I was really pleased with them and my order. I ordered a Acyrlic bench for my sunquest pro16se and it was delivered to me in 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for your kindness looking forward to making other purchases.

Solar Storm Bench Acrylic

The bench acrylic broke in my wife's Solar Storm tanning bed. I called the local dealer and they couldn't help. I searched online and to be honest, there aren't many options for this product. Most options I found seemed sketchy. I was nervous about spending over $500 on a site I wasn't familiar with. I took a chance on Suntanningstore.com and it paid off. They had it to us by the end of the week. Communication was superb. I knew exactly when it would arrive. The acrylic was a top notch OEM replacement from the factory. Great service.

Over the top customer service!!

I had ordered 8 bulbs, however 2 were broken once they arrived. I promptly messaged them so they were aware of it. They quickly had new bulbs in the mail and they came intact. They kept me up to date thru the whole process! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Some of the best communication I have ever had from a company. My order was shipped quickly and I was informed about my shipment the entire time. My delivery was delayed due to weather and Sun tan store informed me right away.. I will be shopping here again.

What a great experience

What a great experience. I was told by another company I was looking at that shipping would take 6 weeks or more. STS had mine delivered in 10 days! And right before Christmas even! I was super stoked. And then once opened I loved it but the timer board was missing the buttons so they overnighter me one. All good!

I was so hesitant about ordering …

I was so hesitant about ordering the acrylic for my tanning bed but this site was so easy, it was shipped promptly and arrived maybe one day late but I was so happy when we put it together and it fit. It was perfect!!!

I had needed 12 bulbs for my older tanning bed, to my surprise I found this website and they had them. Arrived within a few days by UPS with one bulb broke. They replaced the bulb and received it in good shape and quickly. Awesome customer service, emailing the order process.

300 W Red Light / NIR Therapy Panel

10 months ago, I purchased the Dermatech DT 300 at this store - mainly for shoulder pain relief. Before using this device, I wasn’t able to lift my arm above my head. Two times a week, I used ibuprofen when the constant throbbing pain felt unbearable. 
After only three 20 minute sessions, I noticed that my pain level had decreased significantly. I continued using this device 3 times a week. It took only 10 sessions until my shoulder pain was gone and my mobility had been restored completely. That is still the case without red light/ NIR therapy 9 months later!

The Dermatech DT 300 is very well built, and yes, I would put it in the category of a medical grade device. According to my own research, the output of the light frequency is on a level that has been used during clinical studies which delivered many beneficial results. For this reason, I decided purchasing the Dermatech DT 300, and I am glad I did, because my shoulder joint is fully functional again without using steroids or undergoing surgery.

At some point, I hope I am able to get the bigger 1500 Watt Panel, so I can treat my body in just one setting to support my overall health as I am aging.

I don’t write reviews very often, but I think it is important to support businesses that provide high quality products and great, honest customer service, especially in the health and wellness sector. I can’t speak about the other products this store has to offer, but their Dermatech DT 300 definitely exceeded my expectations!

Fantastic service!!

Doing business with Amanda at SunTanningstore.com and ProSun was a real pleasure. Everyone was so professional and polite, really top-notch! Great communication! I can highly recommend them all!! I was tough on them. In my search for tanning equipment to place in my guest house I had conducted an extensive search, I had run across multiple scams and companies that were untruthful. Amanda was very truthful with me about the process and when my order would be delivered. She answered any questions I had. Once the order was placed with ProSun I received the same great customer service from them in St Petersburg, Florida. I wasn't dealing with a shipment that needed to come from China. This was all handled in the good ol' USA!! It was shipped in a timely fashion and I received my tanning canopy in less than 2 weeks from when I placed the order. The FedEx freight driver was equally professional and friendly. The Tanning Canopy was packed well for shipping and arrived in great shape. We love it! We needed something lightweight enough, and mobile enough, that it could be carried up a tight 90° staircase into the upstairs of a guest house to be used as a workout area through a long cold winter. We are at 6500' in the forest in Northern Arizona and the winter lasts about 5 months . This was exactly what we needed. I am so happy we made this purchase through SunTanning store and that it is a ProSun product made in St. Petersburg, FL.

Awesome Supplier

Not customer supportive- Expect disappointment!!!!!

Ordered my residential tanning bed on March 30th and it was charged on my credit card on April 6th. I understand I had a 7week waiting period when I placed my order. On May 20th, I emailed Steve for an update. 6 days later, Amanda replies that she will contact the factory and find out the shipping date. No response. I called on June 2nd, left a message. No response. On June 6th, I emailed again for information. Again, Amanda emailed she will check with the factory and get back to me. I'm done with the runarounds!!!! I called the factory myself and got my information. Sun Tanning Store is not a customer supportive business. Will never order from this place again.

Orded a booth in Feb 23

Orded a booth in Feb 23. I am still waiting to get any shipping confirmation Jun 23. Amaanda has stopped replying to my emails. I was told 4-6 weeks to ship and since then Amanda has used every excuse in the book. We feel taken advantage of and angry. I gave Amanda until tomorrow to reply with a shipping date. I will persue both legal and financial paths to get my money back and also petition the Federal Government for felony charges. Terrible!

We worked to explain the factory was experiencing an unexpected delay in receiving a critical parts shipment from Europe need to complete your ESB Oasis 36 booth that extended the completion time at the ESB factory. There are also times during the top of the tanning season (March through June) when volumes can spike 10x above baseline and it may take a few days to obtain the manufacturing status of a specific bed or booth inside the factory. We do understand it can be frustrating to wait for status updates sometimes during this period and we do apologize. I carefully reviewed the records and see on June 1st Amanda sent you an email updating you on the full situation inside the ESB factory and explained that they expected your booth would ship between June 2nd and 9th and you replied to her that same day. You booth then did ship from the factory with SAIA on June 7th and was subsequently delivered. I also see that after you accepted the delivery you emailed us to reported you found the shipping company had scratched the center panel of your booth but you had missed that during your inspection before signing. I see that we immediately asked the factory to order you a complimentary replacement skin for that panel on June 20th. We were happy we could help you with that replacement part and hope you are now enjoying your new tanning booth. We do appreciate you sharing your feedback here and apologize again for any misunderstanding and your frustration.

Excellent communication.

Excellent communication and very quick shipping. We ordered 48 bulbs. They all arrived in perfect condition. Excellent packaging. We installed them this weekend and there is big difference in the quality of these bulbs. We were worried about them being shipped, but the whole process was perfect. Amanda was great!

Amanda went above and beyond to get my order to us quickly and safe. The forst ones I ordered wasn't available but she quickly resolved it and upgraded us to a hotter bulb. Completely Satisfied with order!

Searching around for hard to find tanning bulbs, SunTanningStore had them. Amanda, from Customer Service, answered all of my questions, and was able to match the 120w Radiance 75i for my tanning bed, with great pricing. Upon order (14 bulbs), items were shipped out within 24 hours with four day delivery. The bulbs fit correctly, and perform great.
If someone is concerned about getting the correct replacement bulbs for a tanning bed, check with SunTanningStore for replacement advice, ordering, and shipping without delay.

Not Disappointed

I was a little aperhensive when seeing a negative review left by another person so i decided to call the company and speak to to them directly before i placed my first order. I have now placed several orders for my business both small and large (over $3000.00) and not once had any issues. they are not only very helpful but also hands down the cheapest seller of Norvell products when you sign up for their free spray member program.
