item was great but I was supposed to get 2 for £19.99 and I only got one, customer service not great as had ignored all my messages re this matter
update: now had a response from the company and 2nd tumbler on it's way. The tumbler itself is great so pleased this issue has been resolved. Would recommend the product

I can see from your order that only one tumbler was added to cart. In order to qualify for the BOGO offer, you would need to add two tumblers, one of which is auto discounted at checkout. I apologise if this was not made clear.

Positives and negatives
Positives: These will be great for our all inclusive holiday, when we are around the pool! No ants or flies getting into our drinks and they’ll stay cold for longer - we know as my daughter and I conducted an experiment - an ice cube is a sup tumbler and an ice cube on a standard, plastic cup… the ice stayed solid for a lot longer in the sup!
Negative: they do leak if they fall over. I don’t intend on tipping mine upside down, so this shouldn’t be an issue, but we did test all 3 of our tumblers and all leaked out when left on their sides.
Over all - they’re funky looking. Glad I got an offer of 2 for the price of 1, as £20 for a tumbler is rather expensive in my view!
