Easy to use and book, we were able to find a lovely inexpensive hotel, was as described. Only negative, no hotel shuttle and cab to airport (from an airport hotel) was more than a cab to Malaga Centro.

GREAT deal and great user exp
GREAT marketwise deal on EXACT match for our needs; easy booking experience and no bait and switch price changing experience, etc. What was advertised was offered, and even changing to an extra day and different room level was easy and a comparable deal even if not exactly the precise 'level' that the lesser night/lesser room. 5 STAR exp so far; assuming everything goes as advertised for the actual stay, we are Super.com fans now and won't be booking anything in the future, without a look at their offerings!

I am so grateful for Super! My trip to Washington DC would not have been possible if it weren't for the bargain I was able to get through them. Most hotels in DC were charging $1000+ for 2 nights. I found a hotel through Super for only $500. I was skeptical, but had no issues with booking or my hotel stay.

Booked a room for a client prepaid
Booked a room for a client prepaid. Had a typo in his name. I attempted to check my customer in. Front desk said name doesn't match drivers license. Showed proof of payment. I was then told we are all booked and no rooms available. I have referred numerous clients over the years and never will again. Stay away!!! terrible front desk and customer service. Had to take my customer to another hotel at 10 p.m at night. Total nightmare. No response or call from management
