Brilliant shop!

I use this shop all the time, the staff are lovely and I find the prices to be very reasonable. They have a big selection and always have what I want in stock.

Price Match? Your having a laugh!!!

I wanted to buy some concentrate they had in stock, although at £19.99 for 85ml, I thought it was over priced. They offer a price match on their website to fill in, but it fails to submit the lower price found. I called them up, gave them the details of the lower price (£14.96) and where from, he said he would'nt match it because that is the price (Super E-cig) pays from the same vendor I found it. What a load of rubbish. What (Super E-cig) forgets is.... I pay (£14.96) retail price, they buy it for a lot less at wholesale price, so I'm not sure who he was trying to fool. So.... through pure greed at high prices, they lost a sale and a customer. And yes, I bought it at (£14.96) from where I first saw it + free postage. I've always believed in the saying.... It's better to make a smaller profit, than no profit at all. (Just saying).
