Happy with the company service

Brad was very helpful and solving the problem quickly. Luke from customer service sent me the details of my booking by email while I was talking to him. I am happy with their service

Had a few conversations with customer…

Had a few conversations with customer support recently re our upcoming break to Istanbul. Pleased to say each time didn't have to wait long to speak to someone. Spoke to Milo Griffin and Barry Dort. Both were very professional and helpful with my queries.

Short break to Budapest

I had a positive experience with my trip to Budapest organized by this company who answered all my queries promptly and with professionalism. All members if staff were very keen to help, in particular Luke. I would recommend them and hope to travel with them again.

booking of check in bag and boarding passes

Today we dealt with Neil Woodcraft and we got a good clear chat and all was explained and we could hear clearly what he was explaining to us without us having to say "pardon, what was it you said, we can't understand you etc etc" We asked to transfer us to somebody else but he did't.
That's what happened to us when we phoned a couple of days ago
So today talking to Neil we had a clear and well explained help satisfied
