Thanks for taking the time to review us. We do state on our website that certain products are custom manufactured to order and take up to 10 working days for us to make, each particular custom product is stated in the shopping basket prior to placing the order.
We also send customers emails from our 5 stage order production system. With each email you'll be able to see the progress of your order and the estimated dispatch date.

Ive ordered a set of custom wheel spacers with an extended hub size to fit my aftermarket wheels, production took around 1-2 weeks but the product looks perfect, i was given progress email every step of the way then the item was sent out on next day delivery on completion, very happy with everything
