I purchase a pair of custom PCD adaptors. There was an issue with the studs : they were already badly rusting (and contaminate the lug nuts as well).
They send me a set of 12 new studs (no lug nuts…). Only two of them were rust free.
These studs do not offer enough resistance to corrosion. Probably chinese zinc plated… as the lug nuts I guess.
Therefore, I was looking for an upgrade for these (at my expenses), asked a few technical informations. Three emails, five days of patience. Never get an answer.
Now, I have two useless spacers. +135 £ is quite expensive for two clipboards.

The first mail of Superforma LTD after my recrimination was :
« Sorry to hear this, I’ve checked this particular small batch of studs and it seems all of them are slightly rusty, this could possibly be caused by non effective zinc coating and the fact the box they are stored in is slightly damp. »
If I could put pictures, « slightly », the studs were covered with big spots and traces of rust ! It was impossible to miss it ! They thought that I would not notice the rust ?!
There is less rust on the « new » studs and two are rust free, but with that kind of quality, it probably won’t last long…
What a resistance to corrosion ! Rusting with moisture !

Superforma is also complaining because I wrote a review on Trustpilot while they were on holidays. Of course, I would have wait for an answer if I knew, but a customer don’t have to expect a shop being closed 21st December, 24th December and 26th December. The saler should (must) warn his customers on the website (to avoid issues for both of them). For those who are wondering why they have placed an order on Friday 21st and only being processed on the Thursday 27th, you have your answer. (But of course charged the 21st…)
And open or closed, warn or not, it would not have change my rating anyway, because of the mediocre customer care.

To conclude, I have tried to write a review on the website of Superforma, and guess what ? It was not published. It is this kind of shop : only good ratings are accepted…

Custom spacers were machined perfectly and fitted without any issues!

Great service, only problem was they sent me emails but I never got them.
This was resolved by phone calls.

Great company to talk too. Web site is easy to use & they supply a firts class product.😀

I have sent three emails for advice after not being able to contact on the phone
I await a reply and advice I would like a refund for the spacers which I have not used so far also
