Straight forward & Simple...

Zero communication

Zero communication, they took my £500 and haven't delivered the product ordered. It's now been 7 days since I ordered and I have sent emails to the company asking where my items are and I am still yet to get a response! Paid for 24h delivery, it's now been a week and still no sign of my items or even any communication from the company.

No communication and still no products delivered, do not waste your money here!

Update, my product arrived 3 weeks late. I've heard it's fine for most products apart from a few that they will not tell you it's not in stock and not communicate with you until they have it and then come up with an excuse of why it wasn't sent.
